Not that long ago, someone posted a remark that the people who own the Cannonball had bought Treasures, I think were going to rename it, and close the Cannonball. It's not convenient for me to 'verify' that, but someone did post something like that, I think, a month or two ago.
It was past time for the Cannonball to close. The place was truly disgusting. A never-ending supply of hot, willing dancers but appalling fixtures in the VIP and purely revolting bathrooms.
However, I did have some eye-popping experiences in that awful VIP that I will never forget.

Cannonball closed a couple of Sundays ago.
Lease was up on the building.
Operation moved to 'Treasures' and will be know as 'Cafe Atlantis'.

Where is treasures?
About 3 blocks east of the Best Western on Dixie just north of the 401. Very easy to find. 401/Dixie is a major intersection.
