I concur with maburton on the Horny Goat Weed (seriously). I had triple bypass surgery in 2007 and have to watch out for any over the counter stuff that I take along with the prescription stuff I am still on from the surgery. The doc gave me a prescription for Viagra and I tried it. Viagra gave me the "desired" results, but also gave me headaches and a flushed, hot feeling for about 1/2 hour after taking it.

I got some "Super Goat Weed" at Walgreens in the vitamin section (about $15-$16 for 60 tabs).
