avoiding violence in the strip club
I thought I would get everyone's opinion on what I should do regarding a situation I ran into yesterday. I was at the bar, when a drunk dancer came up and started talking to me. After the first few seconds of staring at her tits and then having a quick conversation, I told her I did not want a dance. I don't know if it was because she was drunk, but she was insistent on getting a dance. I told her Brooke if I want a dance I will let you know, but this club is so loud she must have thought I said something else because she immediately became defensive and hostile towards me. Of course with my luck, there was no one around but us two and I told her she needed to leave me alone, which she then did. But what if she hit me or threw her glass drink on me, is the golden rule to never hit a woman still apply, or should I protect myself and take her down until the bouncers/management come?Got something to say?

But if you are backing up and still defending yourself, that should be enough body language for the bouncers to question what is happening.
Otherwise, prepare for entertainment option number two: Bouncer bashing. And yes, there are people who partake in it for kicks.
Years ago I had a dancer dump a drink on my head simply becuase I refused to dance with her. I am sure that I had an incredulous look on my face, but what was I gonna do - pin her to the floor for it? That little antic got her escorted out the door of the club fwiw.
If it was me, I might have gone for the dance. Mileage would probably be higher than normal.

Advocating the use of a weapon will get him in MORE trouble, NOT less!
