Stripping to Pay for Justice

Wasn't this basically the plot of the Demi Moore movie "Striptease"?

Poor mom turns to stripping to pay for expensive lawyer in custody battle.

and Demi hasn't been heard from

For a second I was wondering if it was a dancer I met that was going to show a steady work history by showing how she danced at a nearby club for almost 2 years. The dancer I met couldn't have been more than 23 or 22 and looked a whole lot prettier and had this stupid glitter on her face as well. She was fighting for custody of her kid though. I never saw her again so I hope things turned out well.

It's possible she was working a day shift and I almost always visit late at night so it was only one time that we met.
