'plastic' money is already used in Australia and other pacific rim countries. It has a lot of advantages over paper. The only reason US doesn't switch to plastic is that the only company that makes curency grade paper is in bead with congress. Score another one for special interest groups.
The "raised" feature on the bill intrigued me. We could have torso illustrations of famous women like Marilyn Monroe with 3D boobs. Or maybe the fix-a-flat booty.
