I think like most of the rule bending we all enjoy it is the fact that the dancer is doing something naughty for us that makes it nice. I go to the DC clubs a lot where you get to see just about all the pussy you can handle. There is however a no touch rule. The dancers know that what the customers like is the "accidental" brushing of their boobs or butt on the customer as they dance. I should have known there would be a drawback to going to strip clubs when it is busier. I rarely ever see a dancer flash anywhere in public unless it's a nude club. Years ago, I saw one or two dancers on different occasions flash the pussy while on stage and they were immediately in street clothes leaving the club as soon as they got off the stage. I think they got fired. As far as what goes on in a more private area, it's very unusual from what I can tell. Even the girls in a nude club I visit sometimes don't always get nude. It is very common in the East St. Louis clubs, most of which are topless.

Chitown: How can you even tell which ESL clubs are supposed to be topless? I've seen bottoms come completely off onstage at every one of them, which doesn't seem like flashing. In fact, the Sauget clubs may be the only ones where it's not routine with every dancer.

In Michigan, topless clubs are ultra-strict about flashing, because they can lose their liquor license over it. The state Liquor Control Commission views the comination of exposed pussies and alcohol as a deadly threat to public safety on the order of the smallpox virus. A popular rule bending with strippers when you tipped used to be pulling the top front of their thong forward to give you a peek as you slipped your dollar in, but I think the LCC must have issued an edict against that dangerous practice, cause I don't see it much anymore. Indiana clubs seem to police flashing pretty closely, too.

I think it depends on where you are (state, county), but it's pretty common in lots of places. In fact it's so common that I don't remember where they do and where they don't. Seems to me that the only places that bother to enforce rules against such stuff are some fancier places that have a big investment to worry about. Sleezy places generally don't try very hard to enforce rules, especially when they aren't very busy.

When I used to visit my old favorite topless club, it seemed like someone would try to do it onstage every visit, followed by the bouncer escorting them out the door soon thereafter with their pink slip. My ATF would take me upstairs to the VIP and flash hers there and get away with it.
