I have paid for sex in most of the countries considered to be the best in the world: Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Germany. Noticeably missing is anything in South East Asia, but I don't think I'll ever check that one off -- based on limited research, it looks geared more towards guys looking for a long term P4P, and that's not me. 4. Colombia
I'm ranking Colombia last because of the lack of high-end quality. There are high end girls, but they don't compare to the talent in the countries to come in this list.
I mongered at Gusto's (didn't take anyone home) and La Isla. The girls at Gusto's seemed to be the girls that didn't make the cut at La Isla -- maybe try it if you're balling on a budget or a fan of curvy girls. At La Isla, there were probably 50-60 girls and it was about $75 USD to fuck, with the room included. Great price, but seems about fair for the quality, atmosphere, and selection compared to TJ. The beauty standard in Colombia is huge ass and huge tits over everything. There's a lot of enhanced girls and naturally curvy girls, and fewer slender model types than in other countries. This is a huge generalization, and of course you will be able to find a slender working girl to your liking. Medellin is a much nicer city than TJ, so if you are looking to move somewhere nice and have access to good mongering, Medellin should be considered.
3. Germany
The ambiance of an FKK club will put any other venue to shame. It is awesome to be able to walk through the gardens while gawking at women who are 100% naked. As in, you can take a look at their pussies before you even open a conversation with them. Also, there's public fucking, and the rooms are always included. I went to Sharks, and the venue was amazing, but the lineup was only okay. There were 50ish girls at the peak of my visit, of which 15 I wouldn't fuck for free, and another 10 I wouldn't pay to fuck. That leaves only 25ish girls to choose from, which is enough because there were a handful of absolute stunners who could hold their own in the next two countries. At Sharks, it was 100E for 30 minutes, or until you bust, whichever comes first. Another advantage of Germany, is it is very safe, and the club is full of white girls (90% Romanian), if that is your thing. Most if not all of the girls speak English, but only 1 or 2 that I spoke with were fluent. It's nice to be able to have a real conversation with a girl before you blow her back out. If you have already mongered in any of the other 3 countries I've listed, and what to try out something very different, the FKK clubs in Germany offer the most unique experience, I just wish the line up was up to par with Hong Kong TJ.

Other than that, it is a huge strip club, where you can fuck the girls for $100 + a $30 room. Amazing, and only 5 minutes away from the border with California. I've read lots of reviews about how the quality of the chicas in HK is not high, but that (in my opinion) is bullshit. There are nights with 100+ girls, of which 80 are in their 20s, and 50 are hotter than the hottest girl you went to high school with. Maybe they used to be hotter back in your day, but that is hard to imagine. The girls are very hot (like IG model, pornstar level hot) and there are a million to choose from. The price is higher than Colombia, but the selection is a lot better. I have yet to find a club that beats HK in both quantity and quality.
1. Brazil
This is the only country on this list without a single con. Maybe the only con is that it is far away, girls speak less English than in TJ, and if you go to the wrong neighborhoods, it can be dangerous. I have been to 3 of the most popular termas in Rio de Janeiro. (If i had to rank them, 1. Whiskeria 4x4 2. Solarium 3. Centaurus). I never felt in danger traveling to any of these termas, and had a great experience at all of them. None of these alone are bigger than HK TJ. Each had about 25-30 girls in a 1-room bar/drinking area with rooms to take the girls to upstairs. You might be disappointed that there are only 25-30 girls in each, however the quality is very good, about on par with HK. If you're reading here, wondering why then I would put Brazil ahead of Mexico, it's because of the service (and also the hottest girl I've ever fucked was a Whiskeria 4x4 girl). Holy moly the service in Brazil is unbelievable. If you've never fucked a Brazilian termas girl, it should be on your bucket list before you die. It's almost like they have had fucking lessons, taught by their predecessors. BBBJ is standard, and some of those girls could have made me bust in 30 seconds during BBBJ if they wanted to. An experience I have felt nowhere else. And the sex is even better. The girls are athletes, and fucking is their sport. The girls also stay for the entire time you paid for. Have been to HK many times and agree it would be hard to top. In regards to going to Germany, Colombia or Brazil, I'll need to consider the cost of the flight. Even though the women at HK cost more, the cost of the flight ($300) compared to flying to those other places ($1,000-plus) still makes TJ the best value. But there also comes a time when you just have to splurge a little on yourself.
That being said, flying to Colombia will just get you a B-rate TJ, except in a nice city to live in. Brazil and Germany on the other hand, offer experiences that HK does not.
You will not get Brazilian service at HK, and you will not get an FKK experience at HK. Next time you're in Europe, take a cheap flight over to Germany. If you're ever in SA or just want to visit Rio, try the termas girls. Only you know what experiences you will value :)
Kinda off topic, but I'm a bit surprised that you rate a city like Rio as safer than TJ based on what I've read... I'm at the point now where I have passable Spanish and I've never felt unsafe pretty much everywhere I've been to in Mexico. I don't think I'll ever figure out Portuguese -- have to say I'm also surprised that it's not more of an impediment. For that reason alone, I think I'll try a latin country in South America before I try Brazil.
Not all of Rio is safe, but if you visit Rio, you will have to go out of your way to find the dangerous stuff. In TJ, if you walk a couple blocks from HK, you can find danger. And the nice parts of Rio are much, much nicer than the nice parts of TJ in my limited experience. Comparing Ipanema or Leblon to Playas de Tijuana is night and day, not that either are actually dangerous of course.
Don’t give up on SE Asia, there are plenty of great looking girls where you don’t have to commit to long-term sugar daddy; just make sure to watch out for the lady-boys. You generally find the hot women in “regular” clubs as opposed to strip clubs. Dance with them in the club and take them back to hotel for extracurricular activities. If you go to the right places, this is also true in China.
I only have one experience in Germany and it was not what I expected. Man I tell people this story and nobody believes me. The girl in Germany asked me what I wanted. I said "sex." She was like, "is that all?" I had no idea what she was talking about. She told me one of my options was to have her shit on me. This is not joke.
