Had the itch on Labor Day...

Had the itch on Labor Day night and several of my favorite downtown Minneapolis haunts were closed so I ended up at Schieks. Hadn't been there in a long time but reconnected with Simone, a stunning Asian beauty who is a great dancer and an even greater conversationalist. It was a little muggy in the building and Simone kept apologizing for being a bit sweaty during the dances and sticking to me, but I assured her that was no problem at all, and actually a value-added experience. While many of the dancers here can be pretty stuck up, she's a gem and is the only reason I'll go back and made sure to find out what her schedule is to make sure that I'll find her there again. The bouncers are total meatheads and the servers while polite, can be pretty pushy with refilling your drinks, which are way overpriced so I sip them down twice as slow!!
