Not enough dancers?

My visit a few weeks ago killed time and was easy on my wallet, but I’m not in a hurry to come back. I stopped in after getting off the light rail, conveniently situated right next door. This is a happening downtown area with some homeless folks or just plain folks who like smoking and hanging out crowding around the sidewalk at the nearby smoke shop. No one bothered me, but just mentioning it because some sheltered people are really shocked that Minneapolis is a real city with people pushed close together.

The layout is as described before. Stairs leading up to the club, security/ID check, and through the doors to the dated decor within. Cover was the 15 bucks I spent on my soda. I did not see a lot of girls working the floor, which surprised me. A few years ago I visited and instantly got three Henries Handshakes from outgoing dancers. I got a couple 30 dollar dances from an average-looking girl who seemed eager to upsell to VIP (I declined) but gave lackluster dance efforts. This is in a small booth with a couch. They don’t do lap dances on the floor unlike DTC/Seville. The only other dances I bought were with a curvy natural girl who wasn’t afraid to use her boobs in the dance. Those were also in a side room that looked larger with mirrors/mirrored surfaces on the far wall. (It’s kind of a bad 80s club vibe is how I describe it.) Dances in here were 20 each so unless the first girl ripped me off, it’s a slightly reduced price than the cozier rooms right next to it. I did three dances with the second girl, who did not do the same upselling thing after mentioning VIP as one option in the beginning. Only a couple other girls approached me, and they were too thick to be my type so I turned them down. Ultimately I didn’t feel the urge to shell out for VIP with any of the talent I interacted with, but it was fine not being approached too much and getting to watch/tip the stage before getting to bed at a halfway decent hour. But it’s this lack of approaches or even seeing girls homing in on the fair sized group of other guys on the floor that makes me wonder if they were understaffed.

There was a mix of girls that came through onstage. Most of them I didn’t see later on the floor so unless they got their favorite customers to VIP when I wasn’t looking they must have been hanging out backstage or somewhere.
