The Minneapolis Strip Club Tour Ends

Friday night. $20 cover. Last stop of my Minneapolis strip club tour before work drags me to another city (stay tuned).

Layout: As soon as you walk in there’s cocktail tables with stools on the left and a bar on the right. Past that, stage to the right (next to the bar) and seated tables with chairs to the left. Lighting for the stage was solid. Bathroom’s downstairs. Music was loud enough to rupture my eardrums but at least I couldn’t hear my own bad decisions.

Stage shows: dancers were getting topless and some of the pole work was actually pretty impressive. As a man I don’t exactly come to strip clubs for Cirque du Soleil acrobatics. I’m here to see private parts BUT I’ll admit it’s entertaining to watch a girl climb the pole like Spiderman and then spin upside down without breaking her neck. Adds to the vibe even if it’s not why I showed up.
