Went to the Lamplighter early on...

Went to the Lamplighter early on a tuesday, around 6:30. The club itself is located in an older strip mall next to a laundry mat and thrift store. the physical club itself is nothing special... there is a decently sized bar some tables & couches near the stage. the club itself was a little under construction, they took out the pool table and had the frame up to add what looked to be 2 small vip booths but nothing was finished or in use yet. Drink prices were a good value. the happy hour special was 2 beers for $5 that ran until 7 and after that they only went up to $3.50. The stage itself, as mentioned in other reviews, is a bit strange. It is all enclosed in plexiglass with little slots to pass dollars through, like what you might see at a box office.

there were about 8 or 9 girls working, at best a couple of 8's but 1/2 were in the 4-6 range. stage dances behind the glass went full nude for the most part with some girls showing a lot more than others (largely seemed dependent on tips and number of people at the rail). there were a few times where you might see a 10-15min stretch with no one up there. most girls were giving $20 couch dances that lasted 1 song. The grind was decent but the dances were like bikini dances with occasional flashing of tits or a quick peak of pussy. contact was strictly 1 way. They weren't really a great value but the offer of 30min for $250 seemed like a much worse deal (i got the definite sense this rate was negotiable but didnt care to even try).

Overall I would say it is a good place to get some cheap beers after work and see some decent full nude stage dances but other than that I would probably skip it next time.
