Regarding the not feeling guilty thing, there are some dancers who apply the logic of “whatever happens in the club stays in the club”. These dancers will do all kinds of extras ITC, but OTC refuse to even flirt with a guy over text.
But if some dancer has both the not feeling guilty issue and not wanting to feel like a hooker, those ones may be harder to get extras from or you have to go about it differently than directly asking. One dancer for instance said if her milk comes out in the dance it’s fine but she doesn’t want it to be a dealbreaker.

Rick and Bubbleyum regarding the independent contractor thing it seems like some clubs are “hiring” dancers as employees but not giving any benefits and paying a $2 hourly rate.
