I learned of this site from Reddit. The reviews are extremely helpful and interesting to read.

The house moms and the clubs I've worked at have always been paid between $10 and $20. Clubs typically set the prices. But the house moms also tip out to the club because they're not employees. For example, my favorite house mom's tip out from dancers is $10, but she only keeps $7 of that and has to give the club $3 per girl basically. Same with many DJs. None of the house moms I've had were former dancers.

The pettiness of the OP is fantastic. What exactly was he trying to accomplish creating this discussion (and failed article)? For the whole site to be like "Fuck this user in particular. Not Icee. However, a brief glance at his(her?) previous comments leads me to feel inclined to agreed with them on *some* aspects. S/he spits *some* logical facts about the sex work industry seemingly without bias or stereotyping. It was on the escorting subReddit where we were discussing the hobbyists having fun subReddit. Someone mentioned this thread specifically. I found out about this site from the Strippers Only subReddit last month though.

Found out about this particular thread from a different forum and came here to say it's gross. It is littered with outdated stereotypes and hilarious and uneducated misconceptions. I know most of you are old lonely men who are behind on the times, but perhaps be a little more open-minded and realize that most strippers are a lot smarter than you give us credit for. While steeerotype reasons exist for a reason, those that were brought up above fall into a large minority. I will give one of the commenters props in speaking of illegal immigrants who can't get a job elsewhere though. Otherwise, have you considered many of us are portraying a character in order to attempt to empty wallets? Are you more likely to spend money on a dumb hoe, or very well educated and articulated female? Totally rhetorical. Please look outside your echo chambers.
