There’s a reason the strippers who are invested in introducing liquor to seattle clubs are retired—they’re not gonna be in the clubs when the liquor board inevitably raids. Most have never worked anywhere other than seattle so they have no idea the actual implications (legally or financially) of working at clubs with a full bar. They just know what Eric Forbes has told them and trained them to regurgitate. Also Eric is a snake, that man has been making more off of exploiting strippers with high room cuts and house fees and back rent, even above market rate cover charges for customers, ever since the colacurcios lost their clubs. Seattleites can simply go to portland if they want an alcohol environment, so where does this leave the seattle customer base that enjoys the current environment?

To add onto what nicespice said, I’m in Austin and split my time between Yellow Rose (nightshift) and P10 North (dayshift) and haven’t worked at either since the middle of June because it’s been dead (basically no bottles sold even on the weekends and the groups who do come in aren’t spending), stage tipping is down to barely a trickle, and a lot of travel dancers are coming out here to escape summer slump from other places. That being said, the urban clubs here might be more lucrative but I can’t personally speak on them. Good luck, I’m sorry I don’t have more encouraging info.

@nicespice it’s been slow but steady? I’ve been sticking to daytime and so far dayshift at P10 has been much more consistent than the few times I’ve done Palazio at night so fuck it I’ll take the “normal people” daytime schedule 😂 @nidan it took me a second to get it but in my defense I’m on my second sip of coffee, also, close enough!

There’s a few reasons: Instagram has been full of baby strippers bragging about making $20 on stage which is a horrible sign, I’m also waiting until I can have my regulars all come in on one day as opposed to working a full week, and there’s like a 60% chance I’ve gotten fired since the last time I worked 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey no one said you couldn’t garden during the day and see strippers at night when everything goes back to normal! I’ve been gardening a shit ton as well. Depending on how hot your climate is, peppers thrive and are pretty hard to kill, that’s how I ended up with about 10 pepper plants on accident. Same for container varieties of cherry tomatoes. I’m also propagating a few of my houseplants because I have nothing better to do than stare at roots growing from scratch over the next few (?) months.

All of the girls I know are doing OnlyFans (like @subraman said you can most likely find their links on IG) but will most likely drop off once the clubs open back up.
