Vegas is in trouble. They are at the mercy of the public. No way the number of tourists who visit the city will be anywhere near what they were in the past. Too many people will decide it's not worth the risks. Just one outbreak in a hotel/casino is all it will take for another chunk of tourists to decide to stay home
