Kamala, you're FIRED!
Founder, I'm jealous you got to see X ....... Lords of the New Church was pretty damn good in concert, they opened for Echo and the B-men in 1985 or 1986. PIL would have been a good one to see as well. Saw Alarm in '85 but the sound was off, not as bad as seeing the GDead and Jerry Garcia being so stone he'd forget what song they were doing.
Fishhawk, would like have to have seen Kris Kristofferson in his prime.

I've got a bad feeling about this.
all the clubs here in the Land are pasties and limited contact, most of the dive clubs on Brookpark Road have closed up when Cleveland and Brookpark did a land swap and the "rules" changed.
Like DickyDoo2 said, Akron dive bars can be fun but Lusty Adventure even scares me.

Thanks Jacksslash.....it definitely was not on eight mile. Once I heard Booby Trap I remembered that place, this joint was near downtown, maybe even as close as where MGM sits today.

The truth hurts, but if you accept it, it will set you free
CJKent... you do know he was talking about people that believe the same things you espouse.
Before quoting him, you should read his works.

Thee OSU -- from what I've gathered, the lock on the restroom door is some kind of way to deal with a problem they were having. Not sure what it was. from talking with some of the bartenders, the owners is working hard to keep SARS-2 compliant and as legal as he can to avoid problems with the authorities.
The little manager -- does keep the dipping of the pen in the company ink to a minimum.

last time I was there (Sept 2020) the VIP was either 25 or 30, with whatever goes on negotiable on top of that.
I have not seen a dancer worth getting a dance from in the VIP, but they did have a cute bartender that gave 5 bar stool dances.

Techman -- what part of the prices did not change did you not get? They are listed on the club landing page and in earlier reviews.
