db4 sounds like a shithole I used to frequent. The manager/co-owner knew which customers were regulars of which girls. If a dancer talked to a guy who normally didn't take her for couch dances he would call her to the DJ booth over the loudspeaker and berate her for wasting her (his) time. Maybe the guy wouldn't take her in the back, but he would have at least tipped her a few singles. Thankfully, he died a slow, painful death and only a handful (maybe 6) people showed up at his funeral.

Your experience is representative of my recent visit there too. On a recent "free" visit I walked in one late afternoon and was ignored by the dancer, barmaid, and male employee. The barmaid finally ran behind the bar to acknowledge me with the usual spiel about the two drink minimum. Only one stripper and she was a dog. Told her I'd come back later when more dancers were on. That was about two months ago. I haven't been back there since. On my last "paid" visit after I gave my dough to the chainsmoking manager in the back, the dancer bullshitted with a customer, and on my way to the couch dance area I had to use the restroom. All of this came off my time BEFORE the couch dance even started! The dancer was apologetic. It was the asshole in the back who shouted "Time", not her. When the club returns to topless or nude, and extras are on the menu, I'll spend hard-earned money there again.

Amyvalentine used to have upwards of 7,000 in her room, but that number has fallen drastically recently, and now she rarely breaks 1,000. She promotes her room as "paradise" where only positive vibes are permitted. One patron, max2me, was good for about 5,000 tokens per show as well as spending untold amounts buying from her Amazon gift list as well as sending her cash directly through Google Pay. He lost his "juice" I meant to say. Since then, many years later, things have become lax again. I don't believe the story about them trying to get a liquor license because this building hasn't had one since back in the day when it was Woods East. As far as under cover cops go I don't know if they turn a blind eye to this place or not. When this place was Sensations and Mike was co-owner he had the Hamilton Township Police wrapped around his little finger. They even tipped him off before other club(s) were raided to prevent any of his girls moonlighting there from getting arrested. His girls could get away with murder. his "juice" with the police and had to cleanup his act. They installed cameras and actually watched them.
