Don't fall for their "No Cover" Facebook ads because it's a lie! Coupled with the lowest class of dancers I've ever encountered should keep you away, far away! On a Tuesday afternoon I dropped by to see my favorite dancer and only my favorite dancer, Sage. But the leeches wouldn't leave us alone! Shortly after seating myself on a Tuesday afternoon the barmaid, who wasn't overly friendly, asked if I wanted anything. I opted for a Coke. It set me back $6.00! Shortly before Sage came over to my seat Taylor stopped by for a chat and a tip. She's 40ish with a decent body and overall about a 6. She was the only dancer who introduced herself by name. There was no DJ to announce the girls who mostly danced to rap music. Once she left Southern Belle Sage sat down for a long chat. From the moment we began what must have been more than an hour long talk I never so much as glanced at the stage or who was on it. Yet this didn't stop the desperate dancers, one by one, from interrupting our conversation because they felt they were entitled to a tip. At first, I tried to ignore them but they weren't budging. They didn't introduce themselves but just stood there, unmoved, until they were given a buck and moved on. Every single one of the four or five strippers did this, and most of them more than once! Finally, Sage would just grab a buck off my stack and hand it to them so they would go away. While we chatted I bought her a Long Island Iced Tea which I think was $8.00. Meanwhile, the barmaid told the customer on the next stool that there was a $10.00 cover charge. Wait, your site boasts "No Cover" during the week? Are the barmaids ripping off the customers or bar? She wasn't the first to pull this bait and switch.

Back to the bar. It appears that the interior is more brightly lit than before, and that the couch dance prices are stabilized. For instance, they are cheaper by the minute the longer the dances go. In the past, the dances were peculiarly timed and inconsistently priced. Despite the bar advertising "top shelf" dancers the ones working this afternoon were average to below average, mostly in the 4-6 range. The interior is identical to its previous moniker Pole Position, so don't expect anything new and improved. Same number of big screen TVs, bar stools, etc. It appears that a number of tables have been removed and the bar frequently advertises for new dancers. I believe the only food available is from a food truck on select evenings. To my knowledge the run down, abandoned motel is still on the property.
