The City is definitely using the virus as an excuse to try to drive out the strip clubs. My ATF and I did lunch at various RI locations once a week throughout the shutdown and have done once a week at Desire since they re-opened. The outdoor restaurant thing didn't work out but the reopening with girls is scheduled for July 1. They have made the Gazebo like bar in the outdoor patio a stage and there will be dancers. There will not be Lap Dances and Private Rooms. Dancers I've spoken to have mixed feelings. @minnow: I am a customer at Desire/Lust and have been since they opened about 15 years ago. I am simply providing answers to people that have asked me what the situation is. I assume you've seen some of my many Desire reviews because you have commented on some. @loper: The experience cost me $90 for two meals, three drinks, a fresh fruit plate for dessert and two coffees. I tipped each of the staff $10 knowing that there was a limited traffic situation. In the early days, looks and personality sold. There were always extras but it was from a limited number for a limited number.
