I also agree with motorhead. When stupid people go to unfriendly foreign countries, bad things can happen. In those foreign countries they can be much less forgiving (to American idiots).

RIP Ivanna. It seems young to die at 73, unless she had an underlying health problem.
I watched an interview with her and Donald back from the old days, on This Old House. It was interesting. She seemed to be very knowledgeable, but I could barely understand her.

This is only speculation - so it’s prone to error.
This is what they could bring to trial - and convict him for. I’m guessing they were aware of lots of other shit, but didn’t have enough evidence to make the other stuff stick.
This is a legitimately stupid thing for a strip club manager to do (or allow). There are enough girls in Paterson and Passaic who need the money - who would have done a private party for him and his buddies.

During a prolonged period of economic downturn, folks who are barely able to get by, will end up dipping into savings. This is not good, but it is necessary.
There is little that can be done, as there will always be folks who struggle to get by. It is good that people have saved - as this is one of those major downturns. The folks who haven’t saved, and who are running out of cash, are in much worse shape.
This may be worse than 2009, as the trough may dip much lower, and interest rates will jump higher. As I remember, we weren’t dealing with as many supply chain issues in 2009.
I don’t think the current administration is willing to help. That’s the odd part of the current messaging. When there were large economic issues in the past, the White House would move quickly to assist the public.
The current rhetoric of telling folks to buy electric cars - to combat high gas prices - is not helpful. The folks getting squeezed by prices and shortages, don’t have the ability to just go buy a Tesla!
