Lido, aka Le Rouge Lounge, is now at Wonderland at 20 West 20th Street. I was there on a recent Thursday night and there were about 80 customers, 20 dancers from Wonderland and 15 dancers from Lido. The Wonderland dancers were mostly Latinas with big boobs and butts, and the Lido dancers were mostly young thin white girls.

The cover at Rosewood is $20 with an invitation, unless you buy their membership which is very expensive.
Post-COVID, Rosewood/DHT is getting more competition from other clubs and some of their hot dancers have went over to Le Rouge/Lido Lounge in Flatiron.

@Cashmanjo have reviewed 7 other New York City Clubs other than Wonderland and Lido Lounge. However, you must be a competitor of Lido since almost all of your review are negative reviews about Lido.

I had a good time with a sensuous woman who provided private lap dances. No FS or anything illegal.

My review is of the new Flatiron VIP Lido Lounge and not the Hell's Kitchen location promoted by the Le Rouge Lounge brand.
I got a Lido Lounge invitation with No Cover 8 PM to 10 pm and there were more Lido girls there and dimly lit purple lights in the VIP lido Lounge.
The Lido Lounge in Flatiron is now even better in price, number of girls, and atmosphere.

@Techman The lap dances are topless, not all nude. There are no all nude clubs in Manhattan, as full nudity is not allowed if the club has a liquor license.

Who cares about SteveLido (new profile) and his buddy Wall_Street (new profile) and their bickering? The new location of Lido at W 39th Street by 5th Avenue is so much better then the old Lido at Scores on 11th Avenue. The girls at 39th Street are really hot Girl Next Door types. The place is so beautiful, and right near my office in Midtown. Steve's Lido Room is just another big strip club with girls with fake tits on stripper poles. Why even bother going there?

There is no competition. West 39th Street is Old Lido vibe, but 27th Street just feels like another big strip club with a few Lido girls mixed between the Scores strippers.

I was at the Lido Room this past Thursday night and got in with the early bird (half price) admission of $20 before 9 pm, and stayed past Midnight. The place was busy and there were a lot of hot dancers that night. However, it was a pain in the ass taking a cab there and then you had to go up and down the steps each time to get to the floor with the lap dances. I prefer the Rockefeller Center location which is walking distance from my office and everything is on one floor.

Well natashawellskova is no active member, but the Lido Room is apparently operating three nights a week now: Tuesday in Greenwich Village and Wednesday and Thursday in Midtown.

Had a great time at Lido this past Wednesday night and it was packed and there were about 40 dancers in their sexy lingerie outfits. Lido is now Wednesday and Thursday in their Rockefeller Center Venue, and Tuesday in their West Village location.

We were hoping for a report back from your experience at St. Venus Theater. We have heard great things about this "underground" strip club. I heard SVT also has some competition these days from Masked Nights http://maskednights.com/ and the Lido Room http://www.thelidoroom.com/

The Lido Room has come a long way since 2010. Lido now operates at a very classy venue in the Rockefeller Center area of Midtown Manhattan. The full floor lounge has a private licensed bar with a full stock of premium liquor, wine and beer. There is a well appointed lap dance room with plenty of comfortable sofas.
Instead of a weekly party, they are now operating two nights a week. Instead of 10 to 15 dancers a night, they have 30 to 35 dancers a night. However, the big difference is in the quality of the dancers. Lido has some real beauties and is now competitive with any lap dance party or gentlemen's club when it comes to the dancers.

I agree with rickdugan that a club that offers "extras" to its patrons may not be considered "bad" by a lot of the guys trolling strip club list. However, I have been to Lido and did not want to mislead anybody in thinking that this is the type of club where you would find "extras." For you guys who are looking for private rooms and extras, there are other clubs to go to.
I further agree with rickduggan that much of the posts on this thread would fall under ""Everything written on this site should be considered a work of fiction."

I have also been to the recent Lido Room parties at Greenwich Village and the Midtown nightclub and liked these venues. Lido now has a new location which is across the street from Rockefeller Center which is even better. The new venue is larger than the Greenwich Village location, but is not as large as the Midtown nightclub location. However, the Rockefeller Center location is my favorite, because of the convenience to my Fifth Avenue office in the 50's, and because it is well appointed and very classy. It is the kind of venue that I can feel comfortable inviting friends, co-workers and my wealthiest clients.
What has impressed me the most with Lido is the quality of the dancers. It seems that each time I go there, that the quality gets better and I meet more model quality ladies. In fact, a lot of these dancers are professional models who are just working 1 or 2 nights a week to make some extra money. On top of this, they are not stuck up, but rather they are friendly and upbeat.

RedJohnson who is really an unscrupulous competitor has posted false and libelous comments. I was at Lido this past Thursday night, it is a classy club with a good vibe and a lot of beautiful dancers. Perhaps Lido should view it as a compliment that jealous competitors are threatened by Lido and want to "bad mouth" Lido. But, to the set the record straight, there are no private rooms at Lido. There is a bathroom attendant and security guards on the premises. The dancers are very respectable and there is no sex.
My friends and clients who came with me to Lido were not looking for that. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.

The above comments by RedJohnson and Lavins77 are from a jealous competitor of Lido that wants to bad mouth Lido and taint its reputation. RedJohnson and Lavins77 both joined TUSCL in January 2015, they never reviewed a Club, and their only comments are about putting down Lido. If Yaketysax is such a great club, then they should be able to succeed on their own merits, rather than by trying to put down Lido.

I was at Lido this past Thursday night, so I will give you an update. The venue is across the street from Rockefeller Center and is very classy. It was somewhat crowded and there were over 30 dancers. The quality of the dancers were better than ever and included some professional models. Contrary to some of the sabotage posts here, this is a very clean club with respectable dancers. There was a bathroom attendant and security guards on the premises. I felt very comfortable inviting an old friend of mine to Lido who in turn invited a wealthy client of his. Everyone had a good time and liked the vibe.

@rickdugan this original thread dated back to 2010 when Lido was a relatively new Club in Manhattan. My original post on January 1, 2015 was simply letting readers know that the new Lido - 5 years later - had better venues and higher quality dancers. In response, we got a jealous competitor (RedJohnson, hillbert454 and Lavins77 who are all the same person who joined in January 2015) who were posting false and libelous statements about Lido.
On my follow up posts of January 8, I specified some of the reduced/waived covers and other specials offered by Lido, as well as the fact that there is no extra charge for the semi-private lap dance room.

Lavins77 joined in January 2015 and has no reviews of clubs and is an obvious shill for YaketySax lap dance party. I went to YaketySax once by myself to check it out before I would consider inviting any clients. Their venue is on University Place at a bar known for NYU college kids. The building has no elevator and I had to climb up and down two very steep flights to get to their third floor party room. That reason alone was enough for me to not consider YaketySax for my upscale clients. However, if you don't need to impress a client, it still may be a decent place for an inexpensive lap dance.

@RickDuggan, it should be very clear what is going on here. RedJohnson joined in January 2015, has no reviews and is only commenting on this thread. Hillbert454 joined in January 2015, has no reviews, and is only commenting on this thread. Lavins77 joined in January 2015, has no reviews, and is only commenting on this thread, and another thread where he puts down Lido and puts in a plug for a competitor lap dance party. Obviously, we have a competitor of Lido that is jealous and is trying to smear its reputation.

There is a fine line between shilling and being a club enthusiast or a fan.
In any event, I would agree with @jerikson that the reviews should focus on what a club charges and might be offering.
I went to the last Lido Room party after work since the location was near my Office in Manhattan. The admission charge was $30, but they were offering free admission before 8:30 pm, so I arrive before the 8:30 pm time deadline. I just showed them my invitation on my smartphone and got right in. I went to the bar and had a mixed drink which was in the $10 to $12 range. I then had some lap dances which were $20 each. The lap dances were given in a semi-private lap dance area where there were about a dozen large leather couches. There was no extra charge for entering or using the semi-private lap dance area.
In my book, it was a great deal. You decide for yourself.
