Private lap dance clubs in Manhattan

Had a dance with a girl at Galaghers in Long Island City (see review) who told me she had worked at a "Private lapdance club in midtown" where "the rules are much less". Anybody know about these places? I gather you need an invitation to join and that the venue moves around a lot.

    yeah bro, I know ALL about them. She does not lie. They truly are much cheaper. You pay about 120 for 30-60 minutes of lapdance fun and sometimes more depending on the girl. In a private room with an ACTUAL door. Depending on the building, the room may or may not have a big screen tv with porn on screen. Always a treat if your into the strip club vip without wait or the big pockets

    Cheetahs in Times Square, not a lap dance club per se, has a couple private room with ACTUAL doors that shut and flat screen TVs in the rooms. And, yes, the rules are much less, albeit a lot more than $120 for half hour. I'm surprised I don't hear much more about this club. Not the best looking chicks, but you can pretty much get whatever you want.

    because cheetahs is full of assholish managers. That and nobody really likes Manhattan clubs due to SOOO many restrictions as mentioned on this site by the members. But if you say that the Private room is 120 for 30 minutes, I don't think I'd mind doing that. The experience of a LPC and a SC in one, I'll give it a shot this friday

    There's a club called Saint Venus Theater (SVT), and I'm 99% sure that's what she is referring to. It's basically an underground wall street (as in people who go there tend to work in financial district) hangout where indeed rules are extremely lax. You'll have to Google some more to find details about the events. With some crafty social engineering, it's not very hard to become a part of them. ;)

    Actually, the description also has this line: "We also feature the most erotic and physically trans formative lap dance you are likely to have ever known." Which works for me. And btw, yes I know that Long Island City isn't Manhattan. Thanks for your help, I'm definitely checking out St Venus.

    personally to wait for them to INVITE you sounds very tedious. I'd rather go to Sexy Seven in the bronx and Long island or Blue club New York in Woodside both not requiring a membership and as simple as walking into the door.

    Rather not go to New York at all where a short bag of shit mayor rules with a short soda drink. I guess he figures that someone may throw their large soda at a mugger and hurt them now that he has disarmed the citizenry (in New York sewer or City it is even illegal to carry a pen knife).

    The Bliss Club was an underground strip club where anything goes, including prostitution and gambling. That Club was closed down after the publicity from the New York Times article. On the other hand, Saint Venus Theater (SVT) is really an alternative strip club, rather than an underground strip club. You can easily become a member by Googling the name and finding their web page and then you get emails with the party addresses. SVT is the largest of the alternative strip clubs and they have been operating for more than seven years. SVT now has competition from some other alternative strip clubs or lap dance parties, including Masked Nights, DHT and The Lido Room. These lap dance parties have rules and do not allow prostitution, drugs, and gambling. However, they can be a lot of fun.

    These private lap dance clubs are fun because it is a more laid back atmosphere and less pressure. Most importantly, rather than professional stripper types, you get a lot of aspiring actresses and models and college students who just want a part-time gig.

    The private lap dance clubs are great because you can get a lap dance in a semi-private room or area for the standard $20 a song. It is not the same degree of privacy as a VIP room in a gentlemen's club, but then again you are not paying $1,000 or more. The Manhattan gentlemen's clubs are great if you are on a company expense account and charging everything, but if you are shelling out your own cash, the private lap dance clubs are your better value. My favorite is [view link] because it is reasonably priced, not too crowded, has a great vibe, and the girls are just awesome. The dancers are an interesting assortment of international girls and college students who are friendly and low pressure. The dancers at the Lido Room don't just ask you for a dance, they spend some time and talk to you; and they are a lot of nice girl-next-door types. They are attractive, and range from cute to drop dead gorgeous. The lap dances are very sensual, as well.

    Lavins77 joined in January 2015 and has no reviews of clubs and is an obvious shill for YaketySax lap dance party. I went to YaketySax once by myself to check it out before I would consider inviting any clients. Their venue is on University Place at a bar known for NYU college kids. The building has no elevator and I had to climb up and down two very steep flights to get to their third floor party room. That reason alone was enough for me to not consider YaketySax for my upscale clients. However, if you don't need to impress a client, it still may be a decent place for an inexpensive lap dance.

    The above comments by RedJohnson and Lavins77 are from a jealous competitor of Lido that wants to bad mouth Lido and taint its reputation. RedJohnson and Lavins77 both joined TUSCL in January 2015, they never reviewed a Club, and their only comments are about putting down Lido. If Yaketysax is such a great club, then they should be able to succeed on their own merits, rather than by trying to put down Lido.

    RedJohnson who is really an unscrupulous competitor has posted false and libelous comments. I was at Lido this past Thursday night, it is a classy club with a good vibe and a lot of beautiful dancers. Perhaps Lido should view it as a compliment that jealous competitors are threatened by Lido and want to "bad mouth" Lido. But, to the set the record straight, there are no private rooms at Lido. There is a bathroom attendant and security guards on the premises. The dancers are very respectable and there is no sex. My friends and clients who came with me to Lido were not looking for that. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.

    Joey, I'm not sure how in the world you could know, with absolute certainty, what each customer's individual experience was at Lido or any other club has been. And even if what Lavins, Red and Chan said were true, those things wouldn't exactly be considered "bad" by the vast majority of hounds reading this board, lol. The fact that you are reacting the way you are really blows your cover as a supposed independent enthusiast, just so you know. I have no idea what is the truth or not and, frankly. I don't care. I and most others who read this board take everything that is written with much more than a grain of salt anyway. After all, as is clearly stated at the bottom of each page of this site, "Everything written on this site should be considered a work of fiction." You know, much like the pretense that you are nothing more than a loyal customer with no vested interest in the place. ;) On that note, I for one have had my fill of these private dance party threads, so shill away.:)

    I agree with rickdugan that a club that offers "extras" to its patrons may not be considered "bad" by a lot of the guys trolling strip club list. However, I have been to Lido and did not want to mislead anybody in thinking that this is the type of club where you would find "extras." For you guys who are looking for private rooms and extras, there are other clubs to go to. I further agree with rickduggan that much of the posts on this thread would fall under ""Everything written on this site should be considered a work of fiction."

    The private lap dance clubs have their place in Manhattan. If I am in the Village by myself and slumming, I will go to Yakety Sax which is in an NYU kids bar where you have to walk up two steep flights of steps. If is a fun place to have a cheap beer and a few lap dances with friendly and cute dancers. However, if I am with a business associate or a client, I will want to go to some place classier like the Lido Room which is in a posh lounge across from Rockefeller Center. The drink prices are a little bit higher, but you get what you pay for. The Lido Room also has some model quality dancers.

    Had a great time at SVT this past Friday! It was packed. Lido was dead but it was very snowy out and a Thursday. Everyone was friendly but only like 5-10 girls. I would check it out again on a non snow-day..

    Had a great time at Lido this past Wednesday night and it was packed and there were about 40 dancers in their sexy lingerie outfits. Lido is now Wednesday and Thursday in their Rockefeller Center Venue, and Tuesday in their West Village location.

    What is nuts, these lapdance parties swap venues with EACH OTHER all the time. But it is the same small group of bars/lounges/nightclubs/restaurants that rent themselves out to LD parties. Im gonna loose it laughing walking into the same nightclub under a different LD organizer.

    Liveplaylove had their last event in Oct or Nov 2016 I think, their IG [view link] says they will have one in Feb 2017, who knows, I've yet to goto LPL. I havent gotten any emails from LPL beyond the first welcome email. Yaketty Sax's email list got me viagra spam on a virgin email address so they are long dead, no emails either beyond the automated click to confirm subscribe message. Masked Nights dropped their cover from $40 to $20 until Feb. I'll try to get a visit to MN in again before cover goes up again. IMO Masked Night is conundrum. It is setup in a way that you would think it has has the most mileage of the 4 LD parties, but in my multiple trips there, it was zero mileage just like SVT, but for different reasons than SVT. I should try MN again and see if anything changed. After trying Fetish Affairs (see [view link] ), I realized the "foot party" and "fetish party" scene might be alternatives to LD parties if I feel Lido is burning out on me. I've also have [view link] on my todo list. There is also [view link] but its membership form makes me think they aren't open minded like Fetish Affairs and wont allow "vanilla" customers. I also need to try [view link] . IDK WTF is this. A goth SC? burlesque performance? ITC available? free hookup place (reg nightclub)? OTC only? MN's use to be cool when I went like 2-3 years go. The girls was new to it and really fun overall. It was less organized. I ended up hanging out with for for a while (like3-4 months). Now it's organized and has a different vibe although it's much bigger and the number of ladies has increased. Anyways, these things always start well until they become popular. Question is what's next in terms of the new thing because that will be the most fun. SVT is more or less an institution now and the guy who runs it (complete dickwad) has the girls scarred to handout at all. It's a factory now so more or less like every other titty bar.

    LivePlayLove is back in business, they have a April 27 event. I did meet a ex-LPL girl at some other underground party that said she worked there, but there were more girls than customers there the last party (Oct 2016???) so it ended. Another lapdance party, not C'est La Vie Theatre, started business in April 2017. So yay for competition, especially since Lido got greedy and bumped their cover and house fees last month.

    Hey so I went back for LivePlayLove's event the other night. DJ problems, bar problems but then it got going and it was very cool. I spent most of the night with a brazilian girl executive assistant that was out of this world hot and really sweet (I got her number, but I'll let you know how that goes haha). I haven't been to ALL of these other places, but I can tell you so far I've met the sweetest girls at LPL.

    S88 has contributed more info on the NYC lap dance party scene over the years than anybody. For that we should be thankful. I’ve gotten used to his writing and will attempt an abridged version here: S88 found a new high-end lapdance party on the Lower East Side. The girls are attractive, fit, mostly white girls. Some are available, some are just looking for a sugar daddy. Sounds like very hot girls in and upscale venue that comes with a high cover.

    I have an invite to a Thu Sept 30 8pm-3am, no name lapdance and swingers/fetish party, its open bar, $150 cover. Patagonia or casual biz guys crowd. Tribeca location with beds for fun. Not benches, but beds. Its 20 dancers a night and 3-5 not-P4P women (sugar babies? free snow?). Lingerie/fishnet/garter belt dress code for women although Sept 30 will have a playboy bunny suggested dress code for dancers. No bouncers beyond the front door so.... DM me if you want an invite. Last event in early Aug a bunch of ex-WNC women and men showed up, but no WNC staff came at the early August event in LES, there was no hookah, no bottle service, no fireworks, no DJ. So its not WNC. So this $150 party is still same thing (Hot Lapdance imitation) even though the WNC crowd informally came. Im not a fan of WNC so if this private event turns from hobby world into bottle popping and a DJ barking bottle prices over the music, I'd be the first the say its a shithole and dont come.

    S88 I’m confused. You previously said WNC (when night comes) was a black/brown only party. But now you say this new 9/30 party is a HotLapDance (HLDC) imitation even though it’s the WNC crowd? HLDC was the complete opposite of WNC. Maybe you’re mixing up party names, or maybe I’m missing something? Would like to know more as well.

    9/30 party got unofficial "access" to a large group of WNC women and men at once. I did NOT see any staff from the old WNC. And WNC did NOT send any emails sending its people to the 9/30 event. It was not a combination event. I spoke with 2 different men, they said they used to goto WNC before it closed, and they explained who invited them into the 9/30 party (its private). So the 9/30 party had alot of spanish girls, and men with fades and beards and tshirts last time, more than all other events in 2021. It still was a low security, low rules event like before. No bottle service. No waitresses with sparklers. But, but, first time ever, "shot girls" or "champagne girls" were hired (free drinks obv). I see the writing on the wall if the event gets too big. Aslong as security doesn't break up lapdances Im okay. But if I ever see glowing ice buckets, I'm not coming back. Personally I won the second time of 2021 at the 9/30 party. With a woman who said she is "not a dancer" (I didn't believe her), refused to go topless in the dance area but DFKed in second song, talked for free with me for a while, did not count songs in the lapdance area, does not grind on me, never asked for a gift (I gave one, my choice, so I can't be reported). Fast foward, she told me "I didn't want them to see me naked, only for you", but I scored. She was confused but took it on me giving her songs $. $100*2 total spent to her, my choice. Brazilian 21 year old, 5'1, under 110 lbs. Orlando phone number. How I won? I'll end this story here. You can DM me for the rest. So I grabbed either a first time dancer, a girl tricked from craigslist to come, or I turned an atmosphere model into a working girl. Just rare as hell, I successfully grabbed a future-stripper at a lapdance party, not a real stripper or a real Eros woman. @Tiburon, no-name party is open bar, not pay per drink, it has discounts below $150, but its only for 2nd time guests. My cover is still 3 digits (robbery compared to old Lido). Fetish Affairs is $100. DHT's emails say $150 then lists promos. Some tricks pay all $150 every time. Tiburon, if you know how to run a BYOB or open bar club for 2 digit cover, in Manhattan, like my Church's $60/pp open bar fundraiser at Christmas. LMK. I've wondered if Father would rent the meeting hall to a lapdance party for an really big donation on Sunday morning. I miss my $70 and $80 open bar parties from 2016/2017. If you goto enough private parties, you'll eventually meet a PL who was told by security "[the lapdance party] is closed tonight for a private event of real successful professionals, we can only let you in if you buy a $600 bottle, this time ONLY, because we know you, and you've been here before". They lost him forever as a guest. Yes he paid the $600 instead of $40. He told me, his ex-fav dancer mustve made a deal with door security ahead to rip him off specific because he is old and "spends too much". I feel sorry for him if its true, but I would walk down the sidewalk and somewhere else if the cover $ in the email doesn't match what the door person is asking. They dont need me. Wed Oct 6 is the next $150 event, same 8pm open to now 4am time. Bed dances (venue has beds), cat outfit dress code for the dancers. DM me for invites.

    There is a new branded party being advertised over email: “The Spot” Address is a 39th and 5th Ave location previously used by Le Rouge Lounge. Le Rouge if you recall was a party launched by the founder of HLDC/original Lido fame. Le Rouge died off during Covid nightlife closures but has hinted at reopening plans. My hunch is The Spot is the new Le Rouge. Has anyone here visited since the new launch earlier this month?

    Haven’t been yet, isn’t this location a sapphires also? I remember they did a combo thing a while back but I didn’t attend then either. So what’s out there’s these days, I’ve seen c’est la vie, lido, and rosewood and now the spot. Why does Nyc do these lap dance parties anyway.
