- Your first OTC experience and what did you learn from it.discussion comment12 years agoOne of the first dancers I met up away from the club I never paid her anything but we weren't going all the way either. We were just hanging out and occassionally going to other bars and partying. Lesson I learned from here. I could have just paid her money and gone all the way. The other lesson was that I probably wasn't aggressive enough because she tried to go all the way one night in my tiny car where we didn't have enough room and I had been telling her for two hours I needed to go. I stayed with her longer because she quit her club that night.

I often seem to be working an extra 2 sometimes 4 or more hours longer after a typical day and I get paid nothing extra. All I get out of it is my boss telling me I need to work smarter and faster and then I might get promoted.
