    Surprisingly (and pleasantly) low key
@MrEddyG What people enjoy is such a matter of irrational taste, that I'm not sure there's anything to gain by trying to explain, particularly on a board like this one where so many contributors clearly have different tastes than I do. That said, I like hips and the way they curve from the waist. I like the line of the dancer's g-string going over their hips, which both emphasizes said curve and provides a nice frame around their ass. I also like having the dancer straddle me and provide a nice long, sensuous grind. While I suspect the tiny bit of fabric from their bottoms provides scant protection for their labia, I've found that, generally, dancers seem more willing to grind up against me if they're wearing their bottoms than without. But the short, and true, answer to why I prefer their bottoms on is, "I just do". I'm sure this isn't not the only thing "strange" about me.

I forgot to mention that I met a dancer named Jersey, who said she was from Griffin, an hour or so away from Atlanta. I assume she was thus one of the "Griffin Girls" I've seen mentioned in other Follies reviews, though I confess I haven't read enough of them to know why they're famous, other than for their commute. Jersey was nice enough, and chatted about her kids. I got one dance as a thanks for her time, which was fine, but she's super skinny and flat as a board, neither of which is to my taste. I don't know if any other Griffin Girls were there; none of the many other dancers who stopped by mentioned being from there.

    Continues to be a favorite
The topless door girl was brunette, not a red head. She had her hair falling over her front to slightly cover up. The Saturday I was there a couple of weeks ago the feature was "Asian Invasion" with a pair of asian porn starts performing (and boxes of fortune cookies on the tables).

Package with Round-Trip to the Strip a Good Deal
You can get a package as a solo guy ($60) that will include a one-way ride, admission, and some drinks. However, in my experience (a) they don't always offer/allow single pickups on busy nights (though it's more likely if you buy a package than if you just call for their free limo), (b) it doesn't usually include a return ride to the hotel, and (c) you don't get a reserved table. If you want a table to return to after dances, and don't have friends with you to hold it, you need to at least pay for the "Two of a Kind" package ($180). Their packages are a pretty good deal if you have a few people, but are less so if you're alone unless just getting a table is worth something to you (or you're a heavy drinker). That may all vary, of course, with exceptions on slow Mondays, etc.. @auen23 - They have VIP dances in curtained booths that are, if I recall correctly from my visit in May, 3/$100, 15 min/$150, 30 min/$250. None of those have a bar/room tab, though dancers sometimes ask for a tip on top. They also have full rooms that include a door that closes, a bed, etc.. These officially start at $450/hour, with an additional $150 for a bottle of some kind, but dancers that have suggested it to me have often quoted significantly higher rates. I've frequently seen couples at the Palomino and they seemed comfortable/included. I don't know that I've noticed significant participation on the floor/stage, though I'm also not usually there when they are the busiest/craziest.

A good time, within its limitations
Correction: The requested addition for topless was $30, not $50 (for a total of $150 to the dancer), with an additional $50 on top of that for nude. These prices are probably irrelevant since they were an individual dancer's customizations, and not club prices, but I thought I'd try to be accurate anyway.

Yes, 3/$100 is definitely another option I forgot.

    Surprisingly Solicitous Staff
I wasn't shocked at all that a dancer would work as an escort; I'm sure many do so. I was, however, slightly taken aback at the one dancer's casually explicit description. In my (admittedly limited, non-extras-seeking) experience, such things have been more innuendo than straight-forward.

As good as ever, with a few minor differences
My driver, who was quite friendly and helped arrange the evening, was Matt. The red head was Natasha, the slim brunette was Erin, and the full figured brunette was Tara.

    An actual stage performance
I'm assuming I reply to a comment with the "prop" button, since I don't see a reply or generic comment button. If this is incorrect, I apologize. I'm not trying to up-vote my own review. Yes, the pricing is a little odd. That continued with the specials - you get 3/$60 ($20 each) or 4/$100 ($25 each). One of the dancers I chatted with laughed when giving me the rundown and said "Don't do the math". My only guess is that they want to push you into the per-minute rooms rather than getting more dances for your dollar on a per-song basis. Even with the bad math, the prices were better than elsewhere, though, especially with the specials ($20/song is way less than the other clubs I tried), so I didn't worry about it much. I'm sure the songs were trimmed, but they weren't as short as I feared they'd be, and felt pretty typical. I didn't explicitly time any, though. The booths with the curtains did double duty. If you got a regular per-song dance, they were supposed to stay open. If you paid for a 15 minute VIP dance, they were closed - so you're paying for the privacy. Upstairs for the longer times, the booths were more room like (with a small table for drinks, a bit more space, etc), the curtains were more substantial and they were closed for the dance.
