For me this club would only be a day trip for me - on top of the above mentioned - can be a tough crowd - especially at night - not for the faint of heart. Heavy thug factor and so packed it is hard to enjoy yourself - often hot in there it is so jammed in the Summer on weekend nights - even if you are just in the party mode a tough sell for me. Definitely specializes in the Big Booties though...

Yeah I can't recommend this club at night - there has been more than enough bad press about the way their security handles customers issues. Most recently a customer was dragged out behind the club for a dispute over a liquor tab. They have security on tape assaulting the customer and chasing him when he got up. This same customer was found by his friends and family - the next day - floating in the canal behind the club. The club settled the lawsuit immediately. Can't recommend for the evenings. There are other suits pending for different issues.

Yeah the back bar as you walk in - they took down those ridiculous curtains - definitely a loosened atmosphere which was good.

Thanks for the review - seems like this club just cannot find their identity. One day hood and value - the next day trying upscale techniques and constantly changing rules and dancer mix. You are on 79th Street - you are and always will be a hood club. Manage it the best you can - the crowds will come. When in Rome...do as the Romans do...

I agree - this is why it would never be my regular club - but once in a while when you want a change of pace - not the worst club.

Hmm - no offense but seems like there is more to this story.. The owner of this club also owns Porthole - they can be tough (as you have to be in this business) but I have never known them to be aggressive with paying customers like that. Been going to both clubs for quite a while.

Wow - hate to hear this about this club - used to be one of my favorites when in Miami. Leave it to management to screw up a good thing. If they do not loosen up on these girls - it will just benefit The Body. Thanks for the review.

On the weed thing - they have been smoking in the clubs down there for so long - I tend to think this will revert back at some point. I agree with you - on the separate room being stupid. Such a small club to begin with. Sounds like they are trying to go for an upscale image which is laughable for this hood club. You know what they say - you put lipstick on a pig - it is still a pig. Thanks for the heads up.

Interesting - there was a recent reviewer suggesting this club was on par with Diamond Dolls which I could not disagree more with. I am not even just talking extras - just quality of the girls on average - Diamond Dolls kills this club. Of course, just my opinion. My assessment of the club is very similar to yours. thanks for the review.

Guys I would not be so quick to discredit this guy on what happened - plenty of these girls have pimps - and they love to jump on credit cards from dumb ass customers. This guy broke so many cardinal rules about strip clubs - if it happened and it could have - he was asking for it. I have seen some dumb ass customers in these clubs. I know a couple of guys that gave out there atm codes to a fucking stripper. Also - I would never use my credit card in these places. When you practically bend over and pull your pants down - what do you expect? It can happen in any club - even the ones with good reputations.

Yeah the VIP is definitely $10 a dance - you got a little screwed there but compared to most clubs - that in itself ($20 dances) is a bargain when you consider the mileage. Most girls there are ecstatic to get $10 dances - after grinding most of the night for $5. She was just taking a shot. Sounds like it all worked out for you though - thanks for the review..

Thanks for the review - very thorough. I agree with Papi - I would say - possibly 40% of the girls wont do serious extras. Most will not even suggest it - it is there for a bunch for the right price but you would have to initiate it in most cases. Many of these girls are local girls - most somewhat humble compared to say "Tootsie" girls. There are definitely some diamonds in the rough there - no doubt about it.

Probably the first review ever on this club - where the main complaint is lack of mileage. I promise you if said to any one of those girls - look I appreciate a good grind and my payment will reflect that - those girls would have grinded you til you exploded a river and it would not have mattered where you were sitting or who was watching. Most of the girls in this club appreciate a guy that is even a little generous. I agree with Papi - may just have had to be a little more proactive..
