Part of the Dems playbook is to change election laws/norms, sometimes illegally so (e.g. having a leftist-judge or court change election-law where only the state-legislature is allowed-to; etc), then attack/smear anyone that complains

What makes you write a review?
In essence, the main-reasons I liked writing reviews when I was SCing: + I really enjoyed SCing – and as has been posted over-the-years, TUSCL offers a good way for us to share our PL-experiences where o/w most of us don’t have other avenues to do so – I’m also cognizant of how being informed can lead to much better SC-experiences and I think it’s good to fill-others-in that may not be as knowledgeable + I like good stories – either telling one, or listening-to/reading one – so I kinda enjoy writing the reviews vs doing it to get VIP or w/e

What makes you write a review?
For me, each visit is unique and usually worthy of a review – part of it is that I don’t have a specific go-to-club; but more like a rotation of several clubs; and from time to time I’ll poke my PL-heads (both of them) into a club not in my rotation to see how it’s doing – the clubs I hit also often have a pretty-good-amount of dancer-turnover so not that unusual for most of the dancer-crew in any one visit to be mostly-different – thus these two-factors is why I wrote reviews of many of my visits when I was clubbing. w.r.t. details vs experience-of-the-visit; I don’t think it’s either/or, I think both contribute to a good review – I do agree that repeating the same club details every time kinda sucks; but that mostly sucks for those that already know that info and no-one-really-knows what % of the readership that is – one would assume: + there are newbies joining TUSCL all the time + perhaps someone that reads TUSCL sparingly but either moves to a new area or plans to visit a new area and thus needs info on clubs unfamiliar to him etc + also, IME the club details in the club’s TUSCL-page are often either missing; incomplete; or erroneous (and seems a good % of TUSCLers seem to have no idea how to provide club-updates to the club’s TUSCL-page and a good % probably don’t wanna do it (probably the same ones that complain about having to repeat details) – I think there can be technical-upgrades to TUSCL that can make it easier to both capture and modify club-details in a club’s TUSCL-page so they don’t need to be repeated in reviews So in-lieu of a good way to capture club details (would probably require @Founder to come up with a better solution that we have currently); is why I think it’s important to repeat key details – if details weren’t stressed, then the reviews would likely head in the direction where most reviews would not have the details not known to a certain (perhaps a high) % of the readers (and by details I don’t mean where the stage is located; by details most TUSCLers mean details like a good description of the dancer-crew; a good breakdown of the costs; good breakdown of the mileage available; etc). I also get the sense that a fair # of reviewers, I assume often the younger-ones, are perhaps writing the reviews on their smartphones rather than a laptop/PC and why they may be more-adverse to adding more details.

So are things actually slow at your clubs?
But to answer the question – I haven’t clubbed in a year – but keeping up w/ the reviews the popular-clubs still seem popular/busy – also, places like Miami/SoFlo have a good rep for partying including a good SC-scene and SoFlo seem to get a good-amount of out-of-area SCers which seems to pad the local-market.

I assume we're gonna see the true-colors of the economy in 2023 and thus the true-effect on SCs - for me the current economic environment has a bit of an eerie calm-before-storm feeling where some people are starting to watch their finances more carefully and others are gonna keep going pretty-much full-speed till the shit actually hits-the-fan.

Trump Question
After all the Dems have done, I doubt they would just sit back and allow the Republicans to have a filibuster-proof majority (at the national-level) - they learned their lesson in 2016 when they just sat back and assumed (like most people) that Trump would never get elected - they'll pull w/e shit they need to pull to not allow a Republican filibuster-proof majority (whether it's legal or not; e.g. Trump Russian hoax plus multiple hoax impeachments; etc) - having said this it would be IMO very-difficult for one party to have that kinda majority these days given how far apart the parties and corresponding electorate is - not saying it would never happen; but pretty-unlikely in part given what the Dem-party has shown they are willing to do. Per the article-below; the last filibuster-proof majority was in 1979 when the Dems had 62 Senate-seats: https://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2009/04/28/a-look-back-at-the-last-filibuster-proof-majority-in-the-senate/

Midterm Election
My biggest concern w.r.t. the red-wave is democratic strongholds like Philly, Fulton County in GA, etc; taking multiple-days for the count where entire states, and even other countries, manage to do it in one day - i.e. there could be shenanigans and a post-election shit-show w.r.t. the count in some areas mainly Dem urban areas; and possibly end-up w/ a 2020+-scenario where the Republican is winning on election night; they stop the count; then the next day "oh wow the Dem makes a great comeback"

I think this may be the highest-mileage club in Jax - high-mileage + Jacksonville should equal this club and talent. I'm not intimately-familiar with this club but keep up with the reviews - per reviews it doesn't seem Cuban-dancers are a thing at this club - IMO/IME often times dive/midtier clubs increase the talent-level via Cuban-dancers which are often FOTB or close to it and they're using stripping to get on their feet (and likely pay off a large amount of $$$ from making it into the U.S.) - these Cubananas likely wouldn't be stripping if they were born or raised here and thus IMO/IME they often raise the talent levels at many clubs which may o/w have lower talent.

Only people familiar with the club know the price - there was someone in the Discussion board today asking for info on black ATL clubs - there are always newbies on the board or TUSCLers that plan to travel there and may be unfamiliar with the club - also, prices in some clubs have been in flux post-Covid - and it's been posted this club has had a change in ownership/management so always kosher to verify the prices.

"... ‘If He Doesn’t Kill Himself, I Will!’: Chicago Man Threatens To Skin Illinois Republican Alive, Feed His Family To Him ..." Images A Chicago resident has been arrested and charged after he allegedly threatened Illinois Republican gubernatorial candidate Darren Bailey, promising to skin him alive and then feed his family to him. Scott Lennox, 21, made the threats on Friday after an ad for Bailey ran on a television in a bar where he was having a drink with some friends, prosecutors said according to the Chicago Sun Times. Lennox reportedly became angry after the ad played, sparking an altercation with his friends — after which he called Bailey’s office in Springfield, IL, to complain further. Prosecutors revealed some of what Lennox allegedly said in the voicemail: “I’m going to skin Darren Bailey alive, making sure he is still alive, and I’m going to feed his f***ing family to him as he is alive and screaming in f***ing pain … He is a piece of white a** racist s***, and honestly if he doesn’t kill himself, I will. You know what? I know where he lives. I know where he sleeps. I know where his kids sleep. And I know the f***ing school he works at … the candidate teaching all this mother f***ing misinformation is going to die. So honestly he should just kill himself before anything else happens. ... https://www.dailywire.com/news/if-he-doesnt-kill-himself-i-will-chicago-man-threatens-to-skin-illinois-republican-alive-feed-his-family-to-him

Trump Question
Throughout 2021 and early 2022 Trump was usually ahead in Republican/Conservative straw-polls with DeSantis running 2nd by a good-margin - but DeSantis has been on fire so he could be currently the Republican frontrunner - then again it seems most candidates Trump endorces win their primary which one would assume means Trump is still seem very favorably with many Republican voters. Most people think he'll run (and likely why the Dems continue to go after him) - but as has been mentioned good-chance he gets kneecapped by the swamp - also; IDK if he and DeSantis want to go head-to-head so part-of-me thinks they may work something out and one may not run - and there can be other variables.

Sunday options in ATL
FYI Club Wax is a bikini club but I think the girls will show their tits during a dance (perhaps other TUSCLers can confirm) - club has a fairly-economical private-VIP room though. No private VIP at Pin Ups - Blaze has VIP rooms but they don't seem to get a lot of play.

Pin Ups in Decatur and Club Blaze in Conley are outside ATL city-limits so they are open on Sundays. Per Google it looks like Club Wax is also open. But be prepared to pay an arm and a testicle for parking and cover if u go at night. Also kosher to read some reviews (especially reviewers with a good # of reviews) so you know how to navigate the clubs.

Storied NFL Franchise Goes On Block, Could Fetch $5B Or More
"Report: Jeff Bezos Interested In Buying Washington Commanders, Potentially In Partnership With Jay-Z" Bezos has previously expressed interest in owning an NFL franchise. A CBS Sports report from 2019 said that Bezos had “become close with several current owners … and [had] strong support within the league to eventually join their ranks.” Snyder was one of the NFL owners Bezos had interacted with, CBS reported. Bezos had previously been rumored to be interested in buying the Seattle Seahawks after owner Paul Allen died in 2018. Meanwhile, Amazon, the company Bezos founded and serves as executive chairman of, currently holds exclusive broadcasting rights to “Thursday Night Football.” https://www.dailywire.com/news/report-jeff-bezos-interested-in-buying-washington-commanders-potentially-in-partnership-with-jay-z

What are some of the randomest things either you or someone else has tipped for?
"... one random club patron gave the owner a $100 bill just because the owner was wearing a Trump hat ..." Was this in Texas or Colorado; or another area? Depending on the location it can be an issue or a non-issue (it should always be a non-issue but these are not "let's agree to disagree" times we are living in).

I don’t tip that much in clubs but do tip a bit (doorgirl; waitress; usually tip a bit on dances if they are good but nothing exorbitant (maybe an extra-$10 to round up to $60 from two $25 LDs; and sometimes the cost of a dance or two if she really went above and beyond)) – I don’t mind spending $$$; but I try to not tip just for the sake of tipping. I’m sure I’ve tipped just for the sake of tipping at some points in my long illustrious PL-career; but not many instances come to mind – maybe a time or two when a staff-person has found a lost cellphone for me or some other personal-effect etc. Other than that I couldn’t recall other instances except when @doctorevil made a reference to a pregnant woman above – this jogged-my-PL-memory and I recalled maybe 5 years ago or so tipping a waitress at one of the dives I used to hit – she was visibly pregnant and I’d guesstimate in her 3rd-trimester given the size of her baby-bump – she had a great-attitude and was very hard working (she didn’t strike me as a former dancer taking time off due to her pregnancy but she could have been) – I admired her work-ethic and attitude so tipped her a $100 b/f I left (I assumed she could use some help if she was working as a waitress in a titty-bar which was a small-dive and not too-much $$$ to be made IMO).

To put it more succinctly; given the political-divide; when it comes to the *general* election (vs a primary); one is pretty-much relegated to voting for the party vs the particular politician.

A wide variety of girls that know how to work the pole and dance.
The OP is a first-time reviewer; so that kinda explains the bit-weak review. When writing a review one should try to be objective vs subjective – as example some reviewers just say “girls were hot” – of course this is subjective b/c those of us that have been on TUSCL for a good-while know how varied personal-tastes are w.r.t. dancer-preferences – also; reviews should be written from the POV of someone that had never been to the club; too many reviewers kinda make review about themselves vs about the club. IMO basic info a review should have: + costs – not only does it allow one to budget; but also helps in someone unfamiliar w/ the club not getting ripped-off b/c he unknowingly got over-charged by a dancer + dancer *crew* looks – always helpful to objectively describe the dancer *crew* vs giving a vague statements like they were "nice" etc – describe looks; ages; builds; ethnicities; natural vs enhanced etc – and the describe the overall dancer *crew* present at the club; not just the couple of girls one gets dances with + mileage – describe the kinda mileage available (how much can you touch; clothed/topless/nude dances; etc) – describe the dance-area (privacy; comfort; etc) – if describing “VIP”; also describe it (cost; privacy; mileage if known; etc) These are IMO the basics a review should have – of course additional info is helpful such as parking-situation; club layout and aesthetics; vibe and friendliness of dancers; staff; and clientele; music (type and volume); etc. Also - unless one has a history on TUSCL; probably best to avoid stating a club as "the best" - although it can be true; it often comes across as shilling for the club - best to say something along the lines of "this is my fave club ..." and give the reasons why. Don't be dissuaded from writing reviews in the future as it's helpful for all of us on TUSCL that like this hobby of strip-clubbing - some of TUSCL-vets tend to be a little anal about reviews but it's b/c many of us feel quality is better than quantity.
