How on earth do clubs in Miami exist? If I had my choice I wouldn’t be living downhere – I’m here for now mainly b/c of elderly-relatives that depend-on-me and me being the only single-person in our family I’ve kinda taken that responsibility on (most of my relatives in-the-area of my-generation are also male and there isn’t a female that would be able to take on that role as it’s often the case in my culture).
Miami IMO may be alright to visit, but not live – I’d say if one is young *and* likes the-party-lifestyle then Miami is good for that, but o/w I don’t think the quality-of-life is that good to live day-in and day-out – Broward County (next county over/north) used to be an escape from Miami back-in-the-day; but seems Broward is not what it used to be in decades past although I don’t spend much time there so I’m not sure how good/bad it may be these days (perhaps the newer suburbs on the far-west-side of Broward are good?).
If I had my choice and wanted to live in SoFlo, I’d perhaps live in Palm Beach County (2 counties over/north of Miami) – far-enough from Miami but still within-reasonable-driving-distance if one wanted to drive to Miami on their time-off – but I also don’t know how much Palm Beach County has changed in the last decade or two; it used to feel “a world away” from Miami although it’s only about an hour away.

How on earth do clubs in Miami exist?“… Every time I turn in the nightly news some parts of Miami sound like a goddamn war zone. …”
Yeah – Miami does have some really-bad-parts although those-parts def felt/were worse back in the 80s and 90s (e.g. the infamous “Pork and Beans” (street-name) housing-projects which were often featured in crime-shows like “The First 48” and were eventually torn-down around 2015) – the bad Miami-parts are not as bad as they used-to-be but still those-parts are not where one wants to be if one doesn’t have to.
w.r.t. the cops at the club; they are hired by the club so they are not gonna intervene unless the clubs tells them to.
Miami started getting more-and-more of a party-rap starting in the 2000s – seems to me the-powers-to-be don’t wanna be too-heavy-handed since so-much of the local-economy depends on tourism, and the party-crowd; so it seems to me they let more shit slide although there’s been a fair-amount-of-pushback especially in South Beach since that area has gotten a bit too crazy and it’s a very-expensive-area for business-owners and many feel the best customers/tourists may be being driven-away by the riff-raft invading South Beach whether it’s local or out-of-towners.

How on earth do clubs in Miami exist?I’m not that well-travelled (never been west of TX); but of the places I’ve been; yeah Miami drivers IME are def the WORSE and it’s not close – Miami drivers are a combination of rude, and not knowing how to drive – I agree with the previous post that it’s mostly the immigrants and IME mostly the Cubans – most of these folks had never driven in their country; and the few that did, drove in a country where “traffic laws” were more like “traffic suggestions”. I grew up in Miami from age 9 to age 30 – move to Dallas and lived there from age 30 to age 40 – when I moved back to Miami at age 40 it took me like a year to get used to living downhere again (although the 10 years I spent in Dallas I’d still comeback-home for summer and Christmas vacation).
When I lived in Dallas in the 2000s, there were hardly any Cubans – mostly Central-Americans most of those Mexicans – one thing I noticed is that besides being very-hard-workers, they def seemed to like getting-their-drink-on especially on the weekends; which seemed to cause a fair # of serious-accidents.
In Miami, at least back in the day when I was growing-up; AFAIK the main-reason car-insurance was so-high was b/c there were so many uninsured-drivers – IME these were often Cubans that had a combination of not having high-paying-jobs thus not wanting to spend on insurance; and the concept of paying-for-insurance being something they didn’t-grow-up-with and perhaps saw “as a waste of money”.

RIP: Jeff BeckI mostly started listening to music in the 1980s – my knowledge of Jeff Beck was when he played guitar for Rod Stewart and he would often be mentioned (in the 80s on Mtv) for his ability as a guitar but I can’t say I “followed his career” per se nor did I know much about him other than some of the acts he played with in the 80s.

Your neighborhood grill, bar and strip club"... Dances are done a side area and are now $25 a song ..."
Lap-dances have been $25 for years (probably 15+ years at least).
The "typical VIP" here is a small-curtained-booth and has a $75-house-fee for 15-minutes - girls seem to be asking $300 on top of the house-fee (payable to the dancer-directly) but that is negotiable - there is also a "champagne-room" which is bigger and has a $150-house-fee (for 30-minutes I believe) and then one negotiates w/ the girl for her part.

Enormous sports bar with strippers"... Floor dances usually range from $25-30 ..."
Unless it's changed; lap-dances have always been $25 - and they are not done on the floor (this implies at your table; etc) - lap-dances are done in a communal-lap-dance-room out-of-view of the main-room (the main lap-dance-area is by the men's-bathroom which is the one usually used at night; the secondary-lap-dance-area is in the back-left-corner of the main-room is used on dayshift or as overflow at night).

A small solid clubThis club is in the hood - back-in-the-day the area was full of street-walkers - the area has been "somewhat" cleaned-up (somewhat gentrified) but I would not be walking around that area (I'd take the valet-hit and park in the club's parking-lot both for my, and my car's, safety) - the club is on a 4-lane-street with a good-amount of traffic so it's an area w/ visibility - this area is not-far from South Beach and kinda on the way to South Beach and Downtown-Miami so the area has been "somewhat" upgraded as South Beach has become a more and more popular tourist-area - there are a number of cheap motels b/w the club and on the way to South Beach and Downtown which back-in-the-day were used by the street-walkers but nowadays seem to be mostly-used by tourists looking for a cheaper lodging-alternative to Downtown or South Beach.

A small solid clubMiami clubs close at 5am or later; thus they tend to get-going-later (plus Miami is a party-town and party-people don't party-early) - Pompano clubs (30-minutes north of Miami) close at 2am and tend to get-going-earlier

Making it count with one night in LV"... At $20 a dance there isn't much to loose so I did say yes to one of the Cubans ..."
To the best of my knowledge lap-dances in-the-back-room are $25/song or 5-for-$100

Ranking of Miami Clubs - is Scarletts and E11EVEN most underrated in TUSCL?Those 2 clubs are not underrated; if anything they are overrated by other websites.
Most non-TUSCL websites that review clubs is done by amateurs vs hardcore strip-clubbers.
Scarlett's and E11even are party-clubs/pseudo nightclubs - they are good for those looking for a party-vibe (like the website in the OP) vs a hardcore strip-club-experience.

First time at full nude club, really hot experience! This used to be a very-popular-club w/ TUSCLers – but this club’s M.O. has changed and is not nearly as popular as it used to be – the owner of this club is a legend in the strip-club-business but he’s very-old now and unlikely he runs the club anymore if he owns it at all anymore – the private-cabanas were recently-added (along w/ overall price-increases); prior to this all-dances were out-in-the-open thus no-extras; IDK about now but I don’t recall any reports of extras.

Veteran gentleman club goer, but a rookie in Florida first timer!Orlando has been a no-contact/no-mileage club-area for years – the speculation by many clubbers is that it’s b/c of Disney not wanting seedy-clubs in an o/w family-friendly entertainment-area – pre-Covid there was zero-contact to be had in Orlando clubs – some recent reports seem to state that post-Covid the local-rules/ordinances may not be being enforced as rigorously and that “some” contact can be had but I’ve yet to hear of anything resembling-extras (also, as a rule-of-thumb, most clubs that have a good # of female custies are usually not gonna be high-mileage clubs).
In the past, most SCers in Orlando that wanted mileage-dances either headed west to the Tampa area; or headed east to Cocoa Beach.
Cocoa-Beach has 3 clubs w/ pretty-good topless-dances ($20), but no extras (“officially” – there are no private VIP rooms but every-now-and-then one can run into a risqué-dancer that can pull-it-off in the lap-dance-room). The best of the 3 Cocoa Beach clubs has traditionally been Lido (Cocoa Beach clubs close at 2am).
In the Tampa “area” the more popular clubs w/ TUSCLers these days seem to be outside of Tampa like Oz and Diamond Dolls in Clearwater and Bare Assets in Holiday, FL – they are a bit on the expensive-side but good-mileage to be had.
Tampa has a lot of clubs but a lot are mediocre or “has been tourist traps”.

Found one !One thing one learns from TUSCL is how varied PLs’ tastes are w.r.t. women – the OP is not the first and won’t be the last to post a pic that an OP feels is an ‘8’ or ‘9’ or “10” only to find out most other TUSCLers don’t agree or way-don’t-agree – on avg most guys are not into muscular-women – big muscles are for dudes.

Restaurant manager charged over $300,000 on company card to visit strip clubsIt's not that hard to spend thousands in a club enjoying being treated like a big-shot by everyone in the club; and even less-hard to spend that kinda $$$ when it's not your money.

First time visiting, prob won't go back, shady and chaoticThis club has traditionally been rough-around-the-edges including violent-incidents in the past – there are other usually-less-problematic all-nude-clubs in the area although IDK how consistent they are w.r.t. the girls going-full-nude (seems some do and some don’t) - there may be different dance-prices for nude vs topless:

WTF is going on out there?the chart below shows savings-vs-debt over the last 5-years or so and how that difference is bigger than ever - this of course in general affects both dancers and custies (likely driving dancers into the club and driving a certain # of custies out of the club):

WTF is going on out there? In “normal years/times”; the first couple-of-months of the year were usually slow in the clubs (PLs working off their Christmas-shopping bills; Christmas vacations; etc) – often times things started picking up around March as some custies would start receiving tax-refunds; etc.
“This year may be different” given current-economic-conditions – a lot of folks are being-squeezed w/ much higher-prices/costs (inflation) thus less-disposable-income (or willingness to spend w/e disposable-income they may have) – these conditions affect dancers (thus more girls in the club trying to make ends meet); and it affects custies in that many may not be able, or willing, to go spend in the club.
I was listening to a youtube channel a few days ago where they put up some charts that showed current-savings rates are at an all-time-low while credit-card-debt is at an all-time-high (many speculate folks are using credit-cards to make ends-meet and not just for conspicuous-consumption).
