Btw, V******* has short neck length hair. We did not partake in any dances, but no doubt it's still $20 cdn a song with no cover for VIP. AND just like before the pandemic, there is OTC just like Sundowner (same owner) YMMV but not much mileage in VIP. I have also inquired if they still have 2 for 1 dance Wednesdays but was told they did NOT have that anymore.

But the quality at HOL 2 can not be compared to BR. Just compare their instagram pages and clips.

Continued from last post (hit post by accident) Also, there is no cover at Rail vs HOL 2 (unless you hit up the Mezzaine level for some VIP or Upper Brass) so the cover is built into the drink price at the street level club entry. Pre pandemic Upper Brass may have been more your thing (at the cost of $20) since more attention could be had with darkend redlights and curtains drawn for mileage in the VIP booths. Now, Upper Brass is closed unless you get a group to go up there, not sure if u have to make reservations. On any given night though, Rail's roster can NOT be beat on quantity and usually quality. I have been to both HOL (RIP) right before the Tear down (I cant speak for the 2000s era, but after 2010s it was a horrible hole in the wall) AND HOL 2 in late July (did a review) was not any better in terms of quality or quantity from past visits to HOL 2, granted I did not go to the VIP which also has a cover. Rail is a tourist trap in some ways, over priced drinks, miscounts from dancers and Bathroom trolls, etc. But you get lucky once in awhile some dancers that roll in there from other clubs or are just starting out give way to more mileage cause they want to develop that regular customer base

In Ontario, I would say it's 90% if not all nude. That being said, YMMV... most women take their bottoms off, but it depends on if they r new to the club or if they feel it's not worth their time goin on stage. At Rail, stage interaction is limited since you CANNOT lie on stage and get an intimate straddling, but you CAN get some motorboating from a dancer if she's cool and you tip her a Cdn 5iver

I see. At a minimum there are dances in the VIP, so it would be ideal to find that special someone. Keep in mind also that some dancers have NOT gotten fully vaccinated by choice so they wouldn't be on the roster anyways. I wonder if it's like that in Vegas?

Sounds like you have not been to a club after re-opening. You should pay a visit and found out. At your own descretion of course.

I personally don't like HOL because of the cover and VIP fee they charge. BR has built that cost into their drinks. Also, the dancer quality is night and day. BR is on another level with quantity and quality.

It's been 4 days and my buddy and I have displayed no symptons at all of COVID. The news of an outbreak came out the day after we were there and apprently that outbreak was 4 days prior to that night even, so it would be less likely to have contracted it.

In Toronto, your best bet in downtown Toronto is Brass Rail and Zanzibar. It's slow during the afternoons and busier at night and/or weekends (12 noon when it opens all the way til 5 pm when it starts to pick up). If yer taking the GO train, once you get off at the Union GO Train station which is connected to the TTC. Take the TTC Subway North up to Yonge and Bloor. From there you can walk to Brass Rail (2 mins walk south) and Zanzibar (15 mins walk south from Rail). The best places to go in the Greater Toronto Area is in the west (near Toronto Pearson Airport). New Locomotion is one and Cafe Atlantis is the other. Both are also slow during the day before 5 pm, but they have great talent there after (esp. on a weekend). Pure Gold (West Mississauga) and Solid Gold (Burlington) will never let you down during later on in the day and closer to the weekend. If you have time, check out Million Dollar and Midway Invader if you have time. While in Hamilton, check out Hamilton Strip. Last time I was there the girls really knew how to dance on a pole and there were some hidden gems. In Niagara Falls, Sundowner - I've only been there only twice and both times were good. Spearmint Rhino is decent during the day... Not as much girls and the quality isn't that great as a Friday/Saturday Night... but you can definitely be kept entertained. YMMV, but I would think that the dancers are more receptive.
