Some basic tips for you (My apologies if I sound like I'm talking down to you or if you know this already.) There's lots of Russian girls every night @ Gallagher's. Sunday to Wednesday nights are slower so you'll essentially have your pick of the girls there. Thursday and especially Friday & Saturday nights have even more Russian girls but those nights are also busier, so you might have to wait a little bit for some of the more popular girls. I think its worth it to try to go one night early in the week and either Friday or Saturday night.
Set some money aside for lap dances, which will hopefully give you a good idea of who to get a VIP dance with. Speaking of the VIP, pay in cash cause you'll get charged a bit more if you put it on a credit card.
The worst lap dance I've ever gotten was from a Russian girl, though I've also gotten some decent lap dances from Russian dancers as well.

@Tecolot - 'rickdugan' already mentioned Gallagher's 2000 & Rouge in Queens, and 'gsv' mentioned Flashdancers in Manhattan. But really pretty much every club in Manhattan and most clubs in Queens have lots of Russian / Eastern European dancers. Its probably better to stay in either Manhattan or Queens if you're staying for more than one day in NYC.
If you look at the 'New York Strip Clubs' listing on this site, 'New York City' is for Manhattan. Don't be fooled by the names of the cities, there are a lot more clubs in the borough of Queens than what's listed under 'Queens', 'Long Island City' and 'Astoria' are part of Queens and they are close to Manhattan (less than 30 min. unless traffic is bad). Perfection in 'Woodside' is also in Queens and close to Manhattan.
If money is not a concern then you'll be just fine in just about all of the Manhattan clubs. But if you want your dollar to go farther, then Queens beats Manhattan. IMHO Gallagher's 2000 is the best place overall in Queens, and probably all of NYC. The evening shift at Gallagher's is when the Russian/Eastern European dancers are out in force.

You might want to check out NYC and maybe the surrounding areas. During the night shift it seems like a lot of the NYC clubs are 50% or more Russian / Eastern European dancers.

Your odds are probably not very good. A quick look on quickfacts.census.gov says the population of Wisconson is about 5.7 million and of that, 2.4% is asian, about 137,000 people. About 50% of the population is female, so that 137,000 becomes 68,500, and about 43% of the population is between 18-65, so 68,500 is down to about 29,500. And of course of those 29,500 asian females only a very small percentage will be dancers, and of the ones who are dancers, you might not find all of them attractive. Whew.
Your best odds of seeing Asian dancers in a club will be outside of Wisconson, like in: California, Florida, New York, New Jersey, & Las Vegas.
And to quote 'jester214' in a similar thread, "I've never seen a club in this country that I thought had "a lot" of asian women."

What's your definition of a "lot of asian girls"? If that means 10 or 15 or more Asian girls in one club, then I'm pretty sure that place doesn't exist in NYC. There are a lot of clubs in Queens, Manhattan, and even places in NJ that have some Asian girls, but not "a lot" of Asian girls. Not sure if you care or not but there are plenty of girls in NYC clubs who look Asian but who are actually from Russia or Eastern Europe.
If you want lots of Asian dancers in one club, then you have a better chance in California, Florida, & Las Vegas.

In NYC the potential to make the most money is definitely in Manhattan, not as much in the other four boroughs. But living in Manhattan would be a mistake since the rent is sky high. If you work in a Manhattan club its probably better to live Queens or Brooklyn, and there are decent places to live in those two areas. It would be best to take a cab to work since private parking lots in Manhattan are not only expensive but one wrong move parking on the street and your car will get towed away (Damn you confusing street signs!).
Since Manhattan is expensive the clubs are also more expensive. $20 is the norm for lap dances in NYC, though some places charge more. The Manhattan clubs charge more for the door fee, drinks, and especially the VIP/champagne rooms. I've heard prices range from $300 for 15 min. to well over $1000 for an hour. Before your eyes fill up with dollar signs just know that the club takes most of that VIP room fee (In most cases, more than half with some clubs taking a lot more than that). But the clubs also encourage, or maybe trick, customers into thinking they have to tip the dancer additional cash after the VIP.
Manhattan seems better for dancers. There's always lots of people around, especially businessmen and tourists with money to spend. The outer four boroughs seem better for customers. Less expensive overall being the big reason why.

If that one bouncer remembers the sports conversation the two of you had during your last visit
When you're at the club on your birthday and major holidays
When your ATF has the DJ give you a birthday shout out
When the DJ gives you a birthday shout out without needing to be reminded

I saw in a news aritlce that it wasn't just Cheetah's that was raided. Rouge, Perfection, Gallagher's 2000, and one Long Island club were also raided in this operation. Allegedly the management in some of the clubs claimed they were pressured by the mob to take part in the scheme.

I was at a club one night and the DJ calls the next set of dancers to the stage. One of the names was Bonya (Bone Ya! - like Sonya but with "B" instead of an "S"). I couldn't believe my ears. So I walked over to the DJ booth and asked the DJ to confirm the names he just called and sure enough one of the dancers names was Bonya/Boneya. Hahaha. I was there a few months later and that dancer was still at the club but she was using a different stage name.
