    Follies reopening?
some of the management from follies are trying to bring the day shift over to Vivide. the same people that own the Diamond Club where Jimi is managing also own this other club.

How has your view of strippers changed over time?
the girls have either gotten dumber over the years, or the access to the current strippers' private lives on social media has allowed us to see how dumb they are. i dated them in my late teens (18 to mid-40s), and the current ones seem much more dumb.

you don't have to mask the dancers' names if they are simply doing their jobs.

you can name the girls that you meet there, especially the ones for us to watch for that aren't offering anything.

    say it ain't so
the city hired attorney Scott Bergthold. he's a former SC customer from TN. he pissed away thousands of dollar son dancers over the years. now he has a vendetta and wants to help draft 1A proof city ordinances to close all strip clubs. Someone should hire a p.i. and help get this guy kicked out of every city and town in the country. Doraville was using him for a while until the transgenders on their city council realized he's anti LGBT as well.

    Permanent Closure?
the follies manager, and his brother, as well as the floormen that are working at Platinum all seem to corroborate the same story that the club is closed. whether this is permanent (as in never opening again), or an over extended closure until they attempt in court again is debatable. there is no sense in keeping your employees in limbo if the club won't open for a while.

I was told by one of the managers that although follies lost the case to a state judge, they had already filed with federal.

Atlanta Cheetah will be closing for good.
there is only that one article from bisnow stating this sale. also, was wondering if the cheetah could do what they did before when they were right off peachtree and 8th st and sell this property and re-open at another address in Atlanta.

    Thank You for your service
obviously the wrong club. table dances are always $10 unless the dancer persuades you to pay more. there are no couch dances or couch room. there is no cover during the day.

    Club days of operation.
a friend of mine shared this with me ages ago. if you are paying rent on a club monthly, then you should be open and making money every day you are allowed to be open, otherwise you are losing money. in a non strip club environment, like a nightclub/dance club, having someone in charge of booking private parties and events for the days you're not open to the public is worth their weight in gold.

    Surprised in many ways!!!
goldmonger is likely correct. your buddy got a free shot, but at what cost? your dancer was in complete control in vip. doubt she would have complained after the fact since you paid her in advance. that is, of course, unless you left out the details as to how you were 'satisfied' by her

yes. the strip club interior was built on a stage at Tyler Perry Studios (ft McPherson). they used some of the old military homes inside the studio grounds for characters' residences

although set elsewhere, it was filmed almost entirely in Atlanta using some dancers as extras.

from that Adam Westsiiiide of Gotham
criticizing this generation's strippers, thread #4,080
you are not imagining things. most of the strippers in the 80s/90s had one or two tastefully placed tattoos. being a single mom was the exception not the rule. being a college student was the rule and not the exception. they pretended to take an interest in you, your profession, and your background. they very rarely talked about their home life, and were constantly shifting the attention back to you talking about yourself. the music was mostly rock, and the loser boyfriends were in bands, and not wanna-be rappers. most of the music was about winning her love, not about her making her ass cheeks pop while she showed you her p$$y. most of them had drug problems then, as they do now. the high end clubs had high maintenance girls with boob jobs, modest length acrylic nail tips, and subtle hair color and hair extensions.

What do you do when a stripper says “ I don’t do this with anyone else”
there are only a few reasons she says this. 1) she's legitimately telling the truth, and trying to justify to herself why she's breaking her own rules. 2) she doesn't want you to think of her in that way. 3) it makes you feel special, and as a result, you'll tip her more for the extras you're getting from her.
