Dealing with the mentally ill is not a "PC" issue. It is mostly a rights issue. When the mentally ill go bonkers, when people try to intervene, a common response by LE and others is that it is not illegal to be mentally ill and that they can do nothing until the person is a threat to himself and or others.
Usually by the time the threat does surface, it is too late.

There is no viable solution that will put a quick end to this type of killing. These killings will decrease over time if we do the following:
1. Stop the non stop media frenzy when these killings happen.
2. Require trigger locks on all weapons by their owner with severe
penalties if your gun is misused.
3. Improve gun registration and restrictions on gun purchases at gun
shows.
4. Severe penalties for the loss of a gun or having a gun stolen.

Restricting gun ownership is not the answer. The constitution provides for gun ownership for a reason.
The problem lies in responsible gun ownership and lax enforcement/penalties for improper gun usage.
The recent shooting was from the son of an avid gun collecter, who by her own admission had previously expressed concern about her sons instability and mental well being.
The big question IMO is why she did not have trigger locks on her guns and take precautions to make them less accesible to her son? That is responsible gu n ownership.

We need to ban schools, malls and theaters before this gets out of hand.

Rather than imposing new gun laws we need to swiftly have trials and execute the killers swiftly when convicted.

While Federal law may trump State law, the constitution provides for States rights. IMO, regarding the legalization of pot, the Feds are violating States rights regarding their citizens.

I do not believe the tax code is manipulated. Rather it is followed by many to maximize their tax savings.

Sorry Douchester, your deflection is not working. My trade was posted before yours. I traded $$ you chose to trade pennies. My trade was 43 times larger than yours. And as I said, I can spend my $$ you can't spend your %. And we both know you only bought 10. And by the way, I am still waiting for your reference to where I said you can only buy 10.
Let's put it to the board if anyone is interested.
Would you rather have 3% of $28,000 or 20% of $650?
DOUCHESTER IS STILL LOSING!!!

Poor Douchester, back to making false claims again. Show the comment I made that you can only buy ten contracts. And as usual you mistrepresent the facts on the returns. As I recall, you made your return on pennies, and mine was on dollars. My profit exceeded yours by over $800. I can spend dollars, you can't spend %.

Douchester, your response to Rick is bullshit. On your supposed trip to PHX you bragged about extras and named clubs. Your LE interest is not genuine. But your comments are bullshit.

Sorry Douchester, your not knowing how to do it just means you don't know how to do it, and that you don't know as much as you think you do.
To refresh what I have said in the past, In 2006 I sold all of my properties in Phx at the top of the market and moved to TX where the properties I owned appreciated 35% in the time I lived there. I returned to Phx last year which coincidently was perceived as the bottom of the market and have bought 5 forclosures and flipped 2 of them for 60% gains. I now own 3 properties free and clear along with a 25% interest in a CA beach house free and clear.
While I was doing this you were perfecting your life as a loser. It is very apparent by you board personality that you are a loser and envious of those that can do so much more than you.

In Douchester's case it's Fantasyland. Although the last time I checked, Fantasyland was in CA and FL.

Show the board where I have ever said I am unemployed. I have been retired for over 6 years living off of my substantial investments. BTW I am in my mid 50's while you are still bored at work in a menial job.
Don't forget to reference where I said I am unemployed now, you don't want the board to see how you are just making shit up again.

Now if we can only do something to improve business for the McDonalds Douchester is working at the world may become a better place.
