I went picture perving on IG and thought about this chick I used to mess with 10-15 years ago. I knew she was out the game, but was shocked to see her page. I don't really see value-added in an "extended" conversation. You ask a question, get an answer. I would say this site is better for off topic convos, but if your focus is strip club info, the other site may have a slight edge. Why? Because on this site, folks are more conscious about names and explicit activity - not so over there. Also, it doesn't take much for any discussion over here to spiral into a rabbit hole. The right answer is to use both when looking for info or convo. For me, the strip club reviews here is value-added, the discussion not-so-much. Over there, there a bit of a mix of review and discussion, but they are not as extensive on stripclub info as over here. But you can get info on other activities there not related to strip clubs (i.e. escorts, sugar dating).

A good idea in the right location. Already got dudes willing and ok with paying $40 for an air dance. If your gonna air dance anyway may as well get a strip tease performance from a fully-clothed state.

They are not becoming a thing of the past. They are the new norm (not for me, though). Dudes are willing to pay those prices for single lap dances, otherwise they wouldn't price them that way. And for most, it's not an either/or - they pay for some single laps THEN move into a VIP (with exception of those that already know the dancer they are taking or willing to deal with the risk of an unknown dancer).

You were wrong for givng her $400 for services not rendered. She still owes you a service, so unless she plans to make good on that, there's no reason for you to still see her.

^^^ Glad someone said it. Dudes should just ask any chick directly about any extras vice a post for intel about her activities. If she ain’t pushing extras at you but you find out from someone else that she indeed does extra, what’s the next step? Will you approach her about how you heard she does extra, so why ain’t she doing it with you? If you’re ballsy enough to do that, you should be ballsy enough to simply broach the subject in the first place. And all dancers don’t do all things with all dudes.

I was actually at a club last night and the previous night: One dancer kept approaching me on both nights, easily 3-5 each night, for a dance and I kept telling her “no, I’m good”. Sometimes she would come all the way into my personal space; other times she speak to me at a distance and we crossed paths “Are you ready for me yet?” Most dancers take my “no” as a “do not bother again” but not her. Finally, towards the end of night last, probably after observing me with various other dancers, she enters my personal space, reaches her hand down and starts to tickle me on the dick for about a minute! Decide to give her a tryout and it was actually a thoroughly arousing dance. And on my next visit, I know I’d dance with again!

As are most topics, no one knows why women do or think the things they do. I have been in the presence of women observing a “male revue”. They treat it as just another method of partying. They hoot. Yeah, those were there when the website went up but it had the times as opening at 11:30am. It's obviously a google generated website vs a "real" website, but someone did make an adjustment to the times. And I'm not sure why there is such a lack of promotion.

The club (under the name Allure) has a website - https://alluregentlemensclub.business.site/?copy The website is new and at one point had the hours as open at 11:30am but recently, like in the last day or two, it has been changed to reflect open at 10pm. Not sure if that's because the new Oasis experiment already ran its course or if Allure wants to separate its night from day operation. Conisdering Oasis doesn't have promotion much anywhere else, it's an odd change to make if they are still operating during the day.

It does take a bit more motivation to move around under less than optimal weather conditions. Even a dreary rain could keep a PL indoors.

Been very little promotion about this. I guess word of mouth is what they are relying on. There was more promotion when the rumor was they were taking over Pinups.

Anyone that lists Magic City and Blue Flame as there top booty clubs, is someone I can't take seriously. Those clubs is strictly for those looking to throw money in the air...lol!!

Those posts IMHO look fake. The Oasis logo used on the post doesn't look right. Further, both Oasis and Allure have instagram pages. Why isn't the "new" Oasis using their own page to promote a re-opening? Allure posted just 2 days ago and it looks like business as usual there - they are not closed and don't appear to be "closing". Not saying it's not happening, but I wouldn't get excited about it. Unless Oasis plans on becoming a black club, they need a whole new staff to run the place and I don't see anywhere where they are hiring for new staff and dancers. You're not going to be able to just reach out to previous employees and expect them to drop whatever they do now to come back to the club. AND it's all supposed to happen within 2 weeks - don't see that happening.

^^^ We know that. It's doesn't take away from any of the commentary generated. Unfortunately, the website no longer functions in keeping discussion separated. As can be noted. most of the comments are from folks from "outside". Desire has a ton of posters that frequent the club. Surprisingly, most of them (except Soul_Collector) aren't backing you up on the name issue.

^ This post seems likes it's a Rhode Island thing. Those of us who don't operate around there probably can't relate. This "name" business doesn't seem like that big of deal to me, but maybe it is for the folks that partake in Desire. I don't even ask chicks for their name, but I recognize some guys like and enjoy conversation. Now that all club discussions bleed onto the main discussion page, it opens the topic up to everyone. Probably better if founder had it as before - let the individual clubs discussion stay separate from the main page.
