ChampPhilly you raise a good point. East Saint Louis, IL is quite different than Saint Louis, MO. UKFan glad the $50 Uber fare was worthwhile for you. It would have sucked if it was a wasted trip.

There's no semi-private room east of the bar. West and another one South. No big deal. Pricing for 30 minutes in the upstairs red rooms is $155 to the house. $140 to the girl minimum. Most will charge at least $160 as that gets them on par with the downstairs champagne court. So the gratuity was ~$150 depending on nameless girl's base fee. Presuming the session was a half hour. Good report.

Skimmed this article but didn't see a mention that there are at least 3 clubs that are "grandfathered". Possibly got their license prior to 1980? Play It Again Sams. Club Platinum. And the former Olympic Garden, now Peppermint Hippo. My understanding is that they are significant money makers, from patrons and strippers.

This review seems like an outlier compared to other's reviews. Be interested how the follow-up goes.

@steveareno869 that is apparently the case. You will notice that their ~monthly feature entertainer cycles through the Club Risque locations later in the week/weekend.

$120 seems like a bargain. Good negotiations.
