Full postgame experience

I was in Philly for a baseball game on Wednesday, and decided to swing by PO for a little postgame action (actually, I left in the 7th inning, so the game was still happening). Not the club's fault, but I had a hell of a time finding an open, working TD Bank ATM nearby - one was in a Walgreen's right down the road (out of order), another was inside a different store that was closed for the night, so I had to go all the way back to Broad Street to an actual bank to get a working ATM to cover my entertainment expense.

At Purple Orchid, the lot surrounding the building was nearly totally full, so I wasn't sure what to expect inside. I parked in one of the spaces closest to the club in the parking lot for the dilapidated strip mall and had no issues. I was checked by security before going inside (I don't recall a metal detector, but definitely emptied my pockets), then went to the next guy to pay my $5 cover. Pretty reasonable really. I got $15 in ones back as change. Inside, it's very much a dive bar vibe. The dancers that I saw were all women of color in varying body types and levels of fitness. Most seemed to have a few extra pounds on them.

I parked myself on a stool right by the front door to the right and a young lady who was lighter skinned and on the heavier side, longer braided hair. She and I chatted a bit and she quietly asked me what I was looking for. I told her that I was up for anything, and she offered the $30 rooms or $20 common area. I asked if there was any difference between the two as far as what she could deliver - the answer was not really, except I could do doggy with her in the room, while that was a little too much for the $20 common area. FS was still on the menu for the common area, just had to be a bit more discreet. We agreed on a price of $120 including tip and room and made our way through the beaded curtain to the couch room.
