RL made the quote up most likely , he is a stalker and a serial murderer/rapist in the making for sure and maybe even active already. All person here who care about human life should report RL to Houston police. You can do this anonomously if want. Bringing him to thweir attention harms no one and could either save lives in the future or bring closure to open unsolved case. PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT RL . Better safe than sorry right. Yes I have reported him, I sent a letter via snail mail. I have become more and more worried about the girls in Houston as time has gone by and I couldn't not do something any longer as I fear he may already be stalking his victims or worse. I hope others will also do something to stop his madness the more attention that is brought to him the more serious Houston Police will take this- I'm not sure what good one letter will do but if they recieve several they may sit up and take the proper notice of RL. If I'm wrong great- but just bringing him to police attention hurts no one but it could save lives so please report him to police in the interest of saving women from his madness. Thanks.
