    Arizona Audit
“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result” This is the first comprehensive forensic audit of an election in the history of the United States. It seemed about time.

    Arizona Audit
Delegations from other state’s legislatures continue to visit the Arizona audit. The states that have visited so far are PA, VA, GA, AK, CO. More individuals from GA will be in tomorrow and other states later in the week. Rumors that NV is one of those states. Expectations are that these states will carry out audits similar to the one going on in Arizona. Incidentally, the hand count of Maricopa ballots should be complete in about a week. Other activities, including the review for counterfeit ballots, will take a little longer. The statistical sample canvassing voters to ballots received has not yet begun.

New Orleans strip club offering contract bonuses due to exotic dancer shortage.
Anytime the government steps in to fix a problem, it generates new, unforeseen, unintended problems in other areas. Given a little time, natural economic forces are self correcting. The solution for labor shortages is higher wages, which draws in new workers, which brings wages back to equilibrium.

Looking for someone... I know it's a long shot.
Strip clubs are a fantasy land. Nothing is real. Including falling in love with the persona of a dancer. Better just to move on. It’s Chinatown, Jake.

So, are you saying you aren’t a white boy doing a really bad impression of a black man, based on some gangster music videos you’ve seen ? Because that’s the impression you give.

I’m not a believer in the sins of cultural appropriation but there is something offensive about young white men trying to sound like the black stereotypes they’ve imagined in their minds. It’s both creepy and comical at the same time.

It doesn't carry negative connotations in certain settings I can’t imagine any situation where calling a woman “ bitch “ to her face would have a pleasant outcome. It’s a word timid white boys use anonymously on the internet to pretend they are gangsters.

    A few bright spots
The old Candy Store in Tucson had a wide open VIP where anything could happen, and did. You could see, or give, quite a show. But, everyone was cool about it. Dancers would kid each other about their “ activities”.

Here’s a little fun fact that has a parallel. The Phoenician resort was built with only the finest ( and, most expensive ) materials. To break even, they needed to have 100% occupancy, 365 days a year, at $500 per night. That wasn’t going to happen. Someone eventually bought the Phoenician for pennies on the dollar. That allowed them to charge competitive rates and still make money.

I assume they are paying dancers a salary, or fee, to be there. That’s what I thought they should have done years ago. Of course, you can only do that for so long. If the value proposition isn’t there naturally, the club may close for the third time. The real problem is you’ve got a $6 Million club ( I’m guessing) competing against other clubs that cost $500,000 to build out. Until someone buys out the original club for $500,000, and prices everything competitively, this business model is doomed.

The life of native Americans, prior to colonization, was nasty, brutish, and short. Starvation. Human sacrifice. Tribal warfare. That’s not a comfortable fact for those who like to criticize western culture. They prefer to imagine a garden of Eden prior to the white man. Similarly, countries that were colonized in the 19th and early 20th century got the benefit of infrastructure and a judicial system that was in place when they gained their independence. The modern citizens in those countries are arguably better off than if there had never been a period of colonization. But, that doesn’t match up with “ white people evil, people of color victims”. There are a mix of good and bad people within any group.

Wealth Gap: A single image is worth a thousand words...
Pareto's Law of Income Distribution forms the basis of the well‐known, but often overlooked, 'eighty‐twenty' rule. The implication is that a small proportion of customers are accountable for a very large share of sales turnover or income. It also applies to other areas of life and economics. In any organization, 80% of productivity is produced by 20% of the workforce. Accordingly, it seems fair that 80% of income would go to 20% of the population. That probably works in the NFL or NBA as well. I assume that CJKent is in the 80% of the population and he is very, very angry about that to which I suggest he get over it.

    Arizona Audit
The Democrats have had 100+ lawyers in Arizona for the last month doing battlefield preparation for the audit results. The Arizona Republic has had almost daily front page articles repeating these talking points. At least in Arizona, the fix is in. The audit will find inconsistencies. The media will trash the auditors as biased and incompetent. The same thing will happen in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Life in modern day America.

The hand count is being done on just the President and US Senate votes. The digitized images will be processed to get a tally of all the other offices. I assume they added this process because of all the discrepancies they were finding.

I hope you don’t work in “IT security” in anything important. Do a Google search on Router Log. They exist. Databases don’t get deleted ? I’ve taken Graduate level courses that describe what happens when files are deleted, down to the bits and bytes level on the physical storage device. I’ve also learned how these deleted files can be restored. IT security, indeed.

    Lab leak theory of Covid
With every passing month, I’m more convinced there really is a group of people in power who look out for each other, starting with every person in Washington DC who draws breath and every prominent “ journalist “. I don’t think they meet in covens or have secret handshakes. But, I do think people in power realize that if they treat more powerful people well, like turning a blind eye to their sins, good things will happen to them. That’s not a crazy notion. It’s not a conspiracy theory. It’s just that people who act “ like one of us” get promoted. It’s pretty common practice in any large organization. If you doubt me, imagine what would happen to any executive in any large organization who drove to work with a Trump bumper sticker.
