I think gk has it right. It's a sign of their willingness to include a certain degree of "dirtiness" into their act (and by inference, into their sex lives in and out of the club) to make you want more. In clubs where penetration is forbidden, it certainly signals her willingness to break the rules via extras if the price is right. It's a turn-on if your are into anal sex, anal porn, or like female asses in general (which I do). Given the current popularity of anal porn in all forms (M/F, F/F, F solo), it is not a surprise to see some dancers do it. Licking her finger after having it in her ass is nasty, but some people like their porn and their strippers nasty, so why not? On the other hand, any activity that involves men on the receiving end of the penetration gets us into a whole other category of sexual behavior (and not a very appealing one IMO).
