What about at night? Wells require a fair jolt of AC. My well (Colorado) is 550' down to the 3rd aquifer. My system uses 240VAC. I get the use of solar in remote areas, then there is darkness unless you have a serious lithium battery storage system. In windy remote areas I could see a windmill like is used in TX to do oil wells only you wouldn't need one of the 1MW monsters.
