Ha ha - makes sense for Philly. We had a guy in charge of regulating strip clubs, massage parlors, “modeling agencies”, etc. who was the most corrupt horn-dog imaginable who really made Philly a sleazy mongers dream for years. He took every bribed and banged every stripper, madam and hooker he could - to look the other way.
Funny part was his boss defended him, saying he’s not doing anything the other inspectors weren’t doing lol. He went to jail a few years but the dye was cast.
Thanks to H-town girls for giving us top rank in Lust and keeping my wallet slim. Shocking that we're not higher on the Excesses and Vices rank though, which makes me question how accurate the methodology actually is.
