R.O.B.'s of a different type

DickJohnson

When i used to buy lapdances i learned real quick to be on the lookout for these rip off bitches that try to tell you shit like you had 5 dances when you had 4 or will work their hands into you pockets real sneaky. I kind of expected it. Lately there is a different sort of R.O.B. lurking, the bartender/cocktail waitress. Let me explain. Twice recently I have paid for drinks with a 100 dollar bill and have been shortchanged both times. I did get all my change after I confronted them about it. at a casino I was at the R.O.B. didn't even come back. I had to track her down thru another waitress and then she still tried to shortchange me. Another time at a SC the bartender flat out didn't even come close with my change. This bullshit only happens in places like casinos and SC's. I have decided to always use small bills from now on.

I was counting out $20's to pay the dancer and included the tip. Before I could put the rest of the money in my wallet, she snatched an other $20 and walked away. The real R.O.B. The manager backed her up when she said she didn't do it.

I guess I was lucky so far. I normally decide how much a particular dancer will get ,maximum, before I even go to the back with her. I put my spendable money in the pocket that my wallet is not in. When it comes time to pay(I ended up paying after the dance, this may not be normal) I count the money in front of here so there is no issue(just an old habit for when I pay anyone), and if she snatches it, she is only taken what she would have gotten anyway.
I have to admit I did not do this because I was smart. I split the money so I will not overspend, but I am glad you guys put the word out, since I am new to SC's and someone probably would have gotten me eventually.
I have yet to go to a casino.

SD, that needs to be reported in a review so the rest of us can be ready if we should end up there. We need that info, both the club and dancer names.

Did you ever consider the fact that you may be a bunch of pussies? You are supposed to be grown men so try acting like it. This shit dosen't happen to me for a reason. I know how to carry myself so others don't think that it is open season to fuck with me.

On the flip side, I was once in a club and ordered a beer. I always like to tip the bartender well as they are often great information sources. Anyway, this time I gave her $10, and told her to keep the change. She left, and after a few minutes she came back and asked if I was serious. When I inquired, "about what?", she told me I had handed her a $100 bill. What I did then was thank her for her honesty, and let her keep $20. I saw her again, a few times, and she never failed to treat me well. Also, she passed on what was really good information about which dancers were the best!

Yea, add it to wondergrl's ROB listing! If it's from a strip club that is...

I wish i could put out the bad ass vibe that parodyman obviouisly does, the purpose of the thread is to demonstrate that staff in bars, particularly SC's, may try to ripp you off. We all know it's true it doesn't hurt to be reminded.

    Dick Johnson & Others,

It's not bad-assedness. What it is is not looking and acting like an easy mark.

As far as people in bars trying to rip you off, the majority of people posting here should be old enough to know that. If it is a shock to you then maybe you should stay home where it is safe.

I've run into this lately in one of my favorite clubs. I'm a regular and usually don't have any problems--but I have to remember to chack anyway. Recently I clued some friends in to the good times I've had in this club and suggested they spend some time and money there. Well, they start calling me about messed up credit card charges, getting improper change and being quoted inflated prices for drinks by table waitresses who then pocketed the difference. I went in and complained to the main bartender and to my circle of favorite dancers and told them this needed to stop. Here's my plan, after makaing this simplel request to respect my friends, I'm going on strike--that is, I'm not going to buy the dancers any drinks. In this clubs, that's the kiss of death for a dancer because the owner will can their asses if they don't sell them. The strke is over when they stop disrespecting my friends. Will it work--we'll see.

I always pre-pay for the dances in segments ("Here's $40, just dance when you here a song you like") and it works like a charm - first, she tends to relax more and hustle less, because she knows I understand it's "bidness", AND if she tries to "overdance", well, that's her problem for not being able to count.

I also NEVER run a tab at a club - that's tantamount to handing your wallet over to the club... "here, can you hold this for me?" Living in Japan taught me that FAST!

I like the pre-pay concept for lappers. But what keeps her from cutting it short?
