Lady in CA did much the same but died. She was in a hurry to drop off donations in a clothing bin. Must have dropped her phone in by accident.
The bin has a lever that opens and closes the lid (were talking an almost 6 foot tall bin). She got up on a chair to reach in for the phone and must have let go of the handle or something. The lid essentially hung her.
