Chasing Casino Girls in Las Vegas

Hey all,
It's summer I am stuck in lovely hot as hell Las Vegas but that is no excuse to stay home especially once it cools down at night. The Strip is huge but I've narrowed it down to traveling between Caesar's Palace, The Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, Flamingo, etc. and I've managed to hit a couple good leads. The other casinos were too far, little talent and downtown while fun was pretty rough.
But is that all there is too it? Is it as simple as taking a shower, shaving, throwing on a nice shirt only to hang out at the casino bars once the sun goes down and hope for the best?

Plus, as others have suggested, it seems like casino security in some cases may even be in on it via kickbacks.
I’ve been on the strip a little and saw a few. What was interesting was the moment they sat at the bar Hotel Security came right outside almost as if they were saying we are full but didn’t kick them out.
There were quite few downtown hanging out in the casinos after bar close with security and cops ignoring them but nothing I found attractive.
- The strip is enormous, you can't see everything and while there are others the best places that I found was going between the Bellagio, Caesars Palace and the Cosmopolitan.
- While some of the girls are quite obvious they are looking for company most of them are pretty subtle. You have to really pay attention, it be hard to tell but after you start to notice. The clothes they wear, how the act, etc. is just a little different but enough where they could get away denying it.
- They'll will often find you. I feel like the best plan is to get a drink, walk to casino, sit somewhere that's off to the side for a bit, if you don't find someone then walk somewhere else.
- The scene or whatever you want to call it starts late. Usually past 11PM and dies down around 3AM.
Overall, Vegas isn't a bad place to chase girls. It feels like to me the casinos are indifferent and almost want them around because they attract customers to the casino. If anything, I am going to try and see if hitting up any of the normal non-strip clubs are worth it.
The working girls will want to chat and let you know it's for sale and the civvys probably will decline. And if they don't that's a bigger win.
I noticed these red-hot 20-yr old blondes wearing ultra-short skirts with hair and make-up all done to the nines, but you could tell they were in a bachelorette party or just clubbing with their friends. Then I'd sit down at the bar slots and a 6 or 7 type girl wearing average clothing (e.g. long-sleeved top and jeans) would make her intentions known.
It does seem it's possible to bump into a "unicorn" (almost surely this would be at a higher-end casino) but these days, that encounter would probably run you four figures or very close to it.
It's honestly fun walking around the strip even if I don't manage to catch anything. I'm still kind of new here so I am not too direct and it's not possible to talk to everyone. I keep getting told from some other folks that the Wynn or Encore have the best talent but I haven't seen anything at all expect mostly old dudes late at night. I did run into one quite attractive brunette asking me where I was going but it happened so fast and I barely got a look at her.
After running around this weekend, I'm starting to get it but like a lot of things in life isn't not just looks, money or skill but sheer luck. The earlier things I wrote still stand but I must admit some days the strip is good but other days even some weekends the strip ain't that great.
If you are looking for talent though, Vegas isn't a bad place to be.
It does seem though like eventually one could find what they are looking for to a reasonable approximation.
Talking to bartenders, dealers, etc. is really helpful too but from what I gather some nights are really good and others not so much with no real reason.
Now, I see them regularly. Maybe it's the perception of disposable income and the thought that you are no longer a young jack-ass.
The most I saw was at the Cosmopolitan where a girl even asked the bartender to vouch that she wasn't a ripoff after I showed her the website I relied on, TER. On another occasion, I was hit up by a bar girl at the Tropicana when a bartender I knew well was working. I mentioned the proposal to her after she walked away. She knew about her the whole time. So, I think if the girl tips the bartenders, they don't mind them there. At the Cosmopolitan, around the time I was speaking of, I would see numerous working girls at the bars every time I went. You could tell them apart as they would occasionally play a quarter in the machine but spent the most of their time watching the crowd.
Post-pandemic, I doubt any true casino girl hottie would even consider under $500. In fact, an even G seems to be the new standard. But negotiating skills no doubt come in handy.
I've got one group of friends that still keeps pushing the southern end of the strip, claiming it's good because that's where you find the newest and most luxurious properties. But I've been there a few times, and all I see are older guys with their wives. Some bartenders swear by The Cosmopolitan as the ultimate spot, but whenever I've been there, the casino feels dead or just packed with tourists. Maybe the girls just aren't interested in me.
For now, I'm gonna keep to being around Caesars Palace but I have to admit despite it's reputation downtown it's all that bad especially at the newer locations. Not everyone will probably be to your liking but there are definitely a few diamonds in the rough with much less walking required.
