Market Your Business
If you want your strip club to truly thrive, getting the word out is paramount. Don’t expect customers to simply show up; instead, invest in creative and targeted marketing campaigns that will pique interest from far and wide!

Start by using social media. It is free and it can help you reach lots of people who may be interested in coming to your strip club.

Think about using traditional ways to advertise your strip club. You can find different options in magazines, on the radio, and in other places. The cost for each option will be different depending on who you want to reach.

If you want more people to see your advertisement, try putting it outside on a billboard. That way, it will be easy for people to notice and compare it with other advertisements around it.

Think carefully about what special offers you can give out to people. This will help make sure that people come back and it will help your business succeed in the future. Just make sure you have payment processing for adult entertainment ready.

Get The Necessary Permits
Before you start the grand opening of your strip, make sure to acquire all necessary permits. While this process may take longer than anticipated, getting it done beforehand is key!

If you do not get permission from the local and federal governments, you could get in trouble with the law. You might also lose money which could hurt your strip club business for a long time.

Don’t wait until it’s too late – plan ahead and get those papers in order so everything can go smoothly come the opening day!

Develop Safety Protocols
When operating a business, safety should always be at the forefront of your mind. For strip clubs, where customers may indulge in alcohol and other recreational activities, safety protocols are particularly crucial.

Having a plan in place for emergencies such as medical incidents or natural disasters can make all the difference. Additionally, incorporating security checks for both employees and visitors can help deter potential threats.

Keeping people safe is very important. Make sure that you have rules and plans to keep everyone safe.

Create Policies and Procedures
As an owner of a strip club, having the right policies and procedures in place is essential for your business to thrive. Doing so helps you steer clear of danger while building trust between management, performers, and customers.

Having rules makes sure that everyone knows what they should do. This helps keep everyone happy and safe.

It’s truly the perfect recipe for success – both in terms of safety AND financial gain.

Track Your Progress
Take ownership of your success – track the progress of your business. Measure customer feedback, sales numbers, and other key metrics to make sure you’re on a path for continued growth.

With diligent evaluation, identify strengths that will beget more successes in the future and weaknesses which can then inform decisions about resource allocation or strategy refinement. It’s never too early to start charting progress; ignite newfound potential today by tracking yours!

Monitor and Adjust
To ensure your strip club is successful year after year, it’s essential to remain ever-attuned to customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and gauge satisfaction.

Do strip clubs need "special" insurance? Protection against risk of a customer or employee contracting an STI? Risk of a dancer getting injured during a pole routine?

Just curious.

I think I've seen this submitted as a TUSCL article a couple of times, and it have never been published as far as I know.

I've rejected it as not an original article several times

the people who try to pawn it off as an article do the same thing sc did, they copy/past the ad text that's in the middle of the article.

What can I say? I hadn't seen it before, that I remember. I knew it was an ad, The article had today's date on it. I doubt any TUSCL member would be interested in actually starting their own club but the article was informative.

^ No worries. This is probably the best way to post here, because we can see it's someone else's content. Many websites change dates on content to make old content look new.

I would be okay with being a silent partner at a strip club assuming of course that the profit is there. But I'm a solid no on launching a club.

At first I thought shadowcat had been hacked by someone wanting to sell their services to people wanting help starting a strip club.

Nothing wrong with copying and pasting an article like this into the discussion board since it is strip club related. I have voted against this being submitted as an article since that is just somebody's way of trying to get VIP access for a month but that clearly isn't an issue with a discussion board post. I doubt any regular TUSCLers are looking to open a club, but someone who is looking looking to open a club may find TUSCL while doing their market research and could find this useful.

Whoever wrote that article left out the most important things necessary to open a strip club as a start up
A lot of money
A book of matches
Those two items are probably the most important advice omitted.

No way would I attempt to own a strip club. I couldn't keep my hands off the merchandise . Then I would have harassment lawsuits.

I'll just stay a PL in the background.

Didn't read the lengthy OP but in the back of my PL-mind I sometimes think/wonder if SCs are kind of a relic of the 20th century and may perhaps be on their way to obsolescence vs continuing to be a strong/viable business model?

With the changing culture (Woke-ism; Gentrification; etc); seems to me SCs have more headwinds than tailwinds; not to mention upcoming generations being saddled with debt, and perhaps indoctrinated as SCs "being bad" according to The Church Of Wokeism.

Perhaps if SCs evolve to more benign entertainment (e.g. combo/psudo nightclubs; etc); perhaps they can survive into the future?

Papi, I think you are correct. I can see the E11even model becoming more prevalent.

I wonder if it was originally written by the same pick up artist types who like to writes guides about how to sleep with strippers by having game, mocking us for our devious hustling, dressing like one has money, but avoid spending too much while in the club—including alcohol—to avoid appearing like a trick. For more details, buy this course which is 30% off for a limited time. 🤔

Honestly I think I would open a Swingers Lifestyle club rather than a strip club.

The regulations are looser. Staff is minimal. You're selling memberships and admissions, not lap dances and extras. Basically you're hosting sex parties. Nonmonogamy is growing. You can get started without a permanent space. And getting laid on the job is totally fine!
