Phone getting blown up over the past week

This is not a flex or a brag or anything of the like. I am legitimately curious about whether others are experiencing what I am.
Specifically, my phone has been blowing up over the past week. I've been busy as hell over the past couple of weeks so I haven't clubbed as much, so I don't know if it's because the clubs are slower or if it's something else. This even includes one girl who I haven't seen OTC in months and one who I thought would need a few more weeks to ripen.
The girl who I thought would need a few more weeks was the most frustrating one. She is hot as hell and I've been trying to get her OTC for a very long time. As I mentioned in another thread, I was sensing that she was near the tipping point and that Xmas would likely move the needle. Imagine my surprise when I get a text out of the blue from her yesterday which said "I wanna leave I wish we could hangout." Fuck! I just couldn't break away. I strongly suspect that I'm going to regret not striking that while the iron was hot.
Anyway, WTF is going on? Is this a local phenomenon or other people in other areas seeing this?

I too have been getting more texts. Not "blown up" precisely, but more than average.
Xxxmas is on a Sunday which means the week before will probably suck hard for strippers, but they aren't known to plan ahead.
So my guess is November was bad and the rent was due and now they are broke for XXXmas and need cash to buy gifts.
Everywhere I’ve been traveling since thanksgiving is a ghost town. All restaurants and bars have been empty, which means strip clubs are really empty.
For many, discretionary income is tight right now and only intensified during the holiday season.

Champ, there are multiple dancers who hadn’t come to the club in months who suddenly appeared in thanksgiving week and the weeks after.
Its also just obvious logically... black Friday shopping... holidays...Christmas shopping
Even the guy you call otc king and others have made threads about dancers needing money during this holiday season
