Should I go rescue ricktheporcupine from the Amsterdam hoosegow?

Just saw this:

Assuming that this is not an elaborate plan to identify sexy female hairless apes, I am disappointed that rick is in a cage. No real rick would allow himself to be caged, so the porcupine is clearly on his way out of the council. He never had full voting privileges anyway. But he is still a rick and therefore deserving of dignity. And access to sexy females. ROAR!!!
