1. Fake Plastic Trees - Radiohead 2. Schindler's List Theme Song 3. Sober - TOOL 4. Cat's in the Cradle - Harry Chapin 5. Science Fair - Black Country, New Road 6. Anything by Captain Beefheart
I put in a nice request to the DHs and the dancers and they look at me like I'm insane. Why?
I've seen a stripper dance on stage to Talk Show Host by Radiohead. Perfectly timed to the music. Small club but lots of style. International crowd. She had the place mesmerized.
Cat's in the Cradle is a depressing song, no middle aged and older father wants to hear that shit in a club while he's trying to forget his life for a moment LOL
tool is one of the more popular spins in my club, especially tracks from Opiate and Undertow. For some reason, when I asked the DJ to spin "Vicarious," he politely declined.
Depressing songs don't usually go over well in a strip club. I heard "Eleanor Rigby" by the Beatles in a strip club one time, and it was completely out of place.
I was at a club once where a dancer danced to the Disturbed version of Sound of Silence. She followed that with Sweet Caroline, to which a few people sang along, including a deep baritone coming from a VIP booth. She did the stripper stomp for the Bap Bap Ba parts. She closed with Behind Closed Doors. How appropriate! That had to have been the strangest set I ever heard at a strip club,.

Their songs aren’t easy to dance to - but that’s fine with me!
