Yes where I live a strip club burnt down twice. The structure was a concrete cinder block building. I always thought how on earth to you burn down a concrete building? Twice? The 2nd time it burnt down it was owned by a former playboy model turned softcore starlet turned porn star turned stripper turned strip club owner. I would be surprised if she’s still alive today.

Insurance money angle? Sounds like something from the Sopranos.

My favorite Tucson club, TDsEast, went up in flames a long time ago and it is just a shell of its former self. Not as much fun as I had back in the day pre-fire. Never found out what happened to that place. I stopped going due to I moved on and fucked too many dancers that new each other and shared Intel. Won’t be making that mistake again.

Probably became a homeless camp and a fire broke out. That's common in Vegas with abandoned buildings

It was also the one where a court case arose that caused dancing to be treated as a form of speech in Nevada.

What I loved most about that club (aside from the super stacked MILF blonde with the exquisite BJ skills) was the fact that the business next door offered "Industrial Grinding." Truly a pun-smith's dream.
