    That is a nasty neighborhood, even worse than the neighborhoods the clubs are in. Thats a neighborhood you keep your eyes wide open even in broad daylight.

    Mannys marketed itself as an upscale ultralounge lulz In Vegas hookah lounge is just code word for club without a club license. They're ghetto and sketchy.
