• In every shooting, he was not only in reasonable fear for his life, but showed remarkable restraint. E.g. not shooting jump-kick guy.
• He didn't take the rifle over state lines, he got it there.
• Open carry is legal in Wisconsin.
• He was not threatening anyone. Court decisions have ruled that showing a firearm does not itself constitute a threat.
• The judge threw out the "violating curfew" charge because there's insufficient evidence to believe a curfew was in place.
• Being in those circumstances does not take away his right to self-defense.
• "Vigilantism" is not a crime.
• You can debate whether or not he was wise to be there, but stupidity is not a crime.

The question is, will Kyle be sacrificed to placate the BLM mob? Or will we send the message that rioting is acceptable if one is mouthing off the right slogans?

I think Rittenhouses testimony will sway the jury against him. It was inauthentic. He said what he was coached to say by his attorneys. He contradicted evidence against him. Juries aren't usually partial to that. Plus his presence with am assault rifle at the protest provoked the situations he found himself in. Making it not self defense. I’m not sure why this was even an issue, but what he said is not true. Most guns are made for right handed people. They can all be operated left-handed, but few are truly ambidextrous. When he was talking about whether Rittenhouse “re-racked” his rifle, it was clear he had no idea what he was talking about.

Prosecutors rushed to file and indict before really investigating the matter. Rittenhouse guilty of stupidity (not a crime) but not of the crimes charged. Even Marcia Clark would say these prosecutors tried this case poorly.

The judge biased.

And defense made a mistake by allowing ruttenhouse to be cross examined. He admitted to lying. Was disingenuous as he was evasive and when he did speak it was obvious he was well coached in what to say.

Defense is basing its case on a manipulated timeline of events ie claiming it was self defense since rittenhouse had a gun pointed at him. Ignoring the fact that that occurred only after he had already killed 2 people and was seen as a threat and active shooter.

This case should have never been prosecuted. Should have been a plea to a minor charge. The Judge has been in line with how he has been on the bench since he first sat. Huber lived in Silver Lake which is just as far away from Kenosha as Antioch (35 minutes) and Grosskreutz was from West Allis, a suburb of Milwaukee, which is almost an hour from Kenosha. Rosenbaum was released from a Milwaukee mental hospital that day.

You know, as much as this should probably be a slam dunk for the defense, it only takes one unreasonable moron to fuck things up and cause a hung jury.

A few years back I was selected as a juror for a criminal case. The guy was charged with burglary and there was the option of convicting him on a lesser charge of breaking and entering, criminal trespass, or some shit like that. The defense acknowledged that he broke into the house, but said he was high on crack and broke in to seek shelter from bad weather. He was hiding in the basement when the cops showed up, tried to make a run for it, and was caught minutes later in a neighbor's back yard. The defense ASKED us to convict him on the lesser charge, and acquit him on the burglary since he didn't manage to steal anything.

The "taking shelter" argument sounded like bullshit to me, but I was in the minority. I think there were three of us who tried to convince the others that the guy had tried (and failed) to rob the house, but after several hours we acquiesced because it was going nowhere. So it comes down to eleven of us voting for the trespassing charge, and one stupid old lady who refused to convict him of anything at all, even though it was an established fact that he broke into the house and scared the crap out of the family who lived there.

We spent two and a half days trying to convince this woman. Twice we sent a "hopelessly deadlocked" note to the judge, and both times he sent us back to deliberate some more. We questioned this fuckin' old bag about whether or not she heard the defense attorney when he ASKED us to convict his client on the lesser charge. She says, "I heard, but I don't think he's guilty of anything." We told her that if we ended up as a hung jury, the case would be tried again, and the next jury might convict him of the worst charge. Nope. She didn't want to hear it. The old bitch just wasn't gonna budge, and the worst part was she SMILED every time she refused to change her decision. I don't know whether she somehow knew the guy, or just had nothing better to do than sit in a closed room enjoying the free coffee, but she wouldn't give in or listen to any reasonable argument.

The third time we told the judge it was a no-go, he accepted it. Don't know what ever happened to the poor bastard who was on trial, but I do know this fuckin' jackass old lady wasted two weeks of everyone's time and took a big shit on the "scales of justice."

If KR gets convicted it will send a message that mob-rule rules and no-one better stand in their way when they decide to indiscriminately burn police stations and burn and loot private-businesses that had nothing to do w/ what happened; it will send a message that the current government will go after you if your mess w/ their street-enforcers.

In NYC you have the NYC BLM leader making threats that there will be violence if the new major institutes new police measures to bring down the current crime levels – and in Ft Worth, TX you had a pro-CRT dude making threats at a school board meeting saying he had a 1000 soldiers “locked and loaded” – the Brandon administration will go after parents complaining at school board meetings but they say zilch about these leftists making public threats.

Notice how the crowd starts running to escape before Rittenhouse even shoots. That's them running for cover after the one of the rioters fired the first shot into the air. If everyone else was fearing for their life then I'm sure Rittenhouse, who was being chased, also feared for his life at that moment.

Once, I was on a jury with 10 women and 2 guys. We were to rule against a 90 year old doctor or a 60 something serial lawsuit woman.

The doctor lied on the stand with some contradictions. I was foreman due to previous trial experience. So I did an initial poll and it was 10-2 for guilty. The problem was the jury hated the plaintiff bitch and didn't want to give her a penny.

If we found guilt, we had to deliberate a bunch of other things. Since nobody wanted to give the plaintiff a penny,I used the jury instructions to question each guilty verdict female to turn them to not guilty.

I knew was guilty but he was old, frail and a better person to the women on the jury. Everyone hated the other bitch.

I had no interest in spending more than a week of my life on this and turned the other jurors even though he was guilty as charged.

I just wish I could talk strippers into bed as easy as this was.
