Even if a review falls short on some criteria, a well turned line that brings a chuckle is often enough to get my vote for publication.
It's gone. Must have been rejected.
With all the nerds here if the raviewer would have said “it reminded me of the bar scene in Star Wars” it probably would have been approved.
